This MCT oil is good, healthy and can be mixed with coffee in the morning without breaking the fast. The taste is a bit bitter so that's why only 4 stars. Dissolves easily and seems to be cutting down hunger which means it's doing the job.

If you want to keep insulin low but keep satiated, this is perfect. Great for Bulletproof Coffee etc. I put some in a protein shake. It has no taste or smell so effectively good fats with no fuss.

Better products and elsewhere
Decent product. However, for the price I usually get an organic and better packaged product elsewhere.This is not in a glass bottle and the cap is difficult to pour from. Small amounts are needed and the spout is unable to pour without a mess every time.
