Nice unit. Worth the money.
Easy install, may need to have someone charge for you. Works great in our small cabin, running it with a 8500 watt generator. No issues cooling or heating.

Blowing Ice Cubes! 🥶👍🧊 🧊🧊
Game changer! Freezes this little cabin down for pennies on the dollar. Ran it all summer with no issues and now using it to keep the place toasty warm without having to run our expensive propane furnace. Easy to install although I eliminated the 110v power cord and hardwired it in to a dedicated circuit. Also had to buy a longer line set because I wanted the condensing unit out of the way. Hard to believe they can build these things and ship them to the US for such a cheap price.

Great excellent I love it
Never thought it's gonna working like expensive AC unit, first time buy I this type of ac that we can plug in in regular outlet just like table fan or fridge, also it's working excellent so far , I hope it's working like this for years , for safety reasons I bought extra warranty for 4 years also, still this unit need professional installer, I paid $ 950 for professional installation, noise label is excellent, size is very compact, ones I put on wall quality looks much better, cooling is also great , I watch YouTube video for change change temperature from celsius to fahrenheit, overall so far I am very happy with my purchase, I will update review after few months, hopefully it's working great

Doesn't Heat, Cracked Plastic
HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in this unit... I bought it for my little building and went way larger BTU than called for and only get lukewarm air AT BEST. So after spending $475 on the unit, I opened it to find that its cracked up the one side (No big deal), But then I paid a heating and cooling business another $250 to come check the pressures and see why it's not working, and they couldn't find anything. So now I'm now setting on $725 in a unit worth nothing, and no way to at least get my original unit cost back. Would be happy to make this review right, if money is refunded. Thank you.

Works well, flashing light annoying, lol
So far, so good. I guess we've run this since about Aug. 4. It handles about half or more of our 1000 sq. ft. house pretty well, even up to 100 degrees. Do not freak out from the constantly flashing temp. I know it says that can indicate problems, but it's also what it does while it's gearing up for another cycle and preparing to let more warm (or cold) air in the space. Just kill the display each time you adjust it as that auto-flash "I'm working!" comes back with any adjustment. My guess is they had a problem with people thinking the unit wasn't doing anything since it's pretty quiet between cycles. So they made it flash to indicate "it's getting ready!"

This a plug in model. Loving it so far as a DIY.
Easy to install. Takes some initial courage drilling a hole to the outside, but once you get over that and feed the lines out it gets easier. Vacuum pumping is much easier than I thought. As for the mini split itself... I love that it plugs into a 110 outlet INSIDE so I did not need a dedicated circuit run. Heats great so far. The app to control it (Smart Life) did take a few mins to get working as if you fail to connect you have to unplug unit to try again. Tested AC and it was cold. Will know better next year. Runs quiet inside (around 40db) and outside unit you can barely hear. Very happy so far... And this is a DIY unit as long as you have a vacuum pump and a hole saw. I added line covers outside for curb appeal

Works great!
1200 BTU mini split kept us cool all summer, and is keeping us warm this winter. Installation was reasonably easy. I ran the pipes through a basement wall and installed up stairs on an interior wall. Mounting the blower on the wall was a little tricky with the piping running inside the wall, but doable. My only complaint is the exterior unit arrived with damage, mostly cosmetic. One foot got broken off during shipping and was gone. The packaging on the heavy exterior unit needs to be more hefty. Corners need reinforcing. The corner with the broken foot was sticking out of the package. I didn't feel like the damage was bad enough to go through the trouble of returning. I bought a vacuum pump to evacuate the lines and test for leaks. Search YouTube for videos on installing this unit, if you've never done one.

Just buy it
I did not want to pay for an electrician to install an outside electric box which so many mini splits require. This brand is one of the few that offers a plug in option to existing interior outlets which was the main reason I chose Confortotal. It has not disappointed. Only con is it does not include a template for the wall when installing the indoor unit. It was a little tricky hanging it on the wall but once that was accomplished the rest of the install was pretty straight forward for a DIYer like me. Watch YouTube videos, there are a ton out there and you will learn more the more you watch regardless of brand. Out of the box Fahrenheit would be nice but easy fix, just have to remember to keep instructions how to do it handy for future reference. Remote doesn’t come with good instructions but again, found what I needed to operate it on line. We’ve been using this mini split for about 3 months now on air mode here in Florida. Ran it for the first time this morning on heat mode. Pleased with operation in both modes. Can’t beat this for the price and I would put it up against any of the more well known brands. Buy it. No regrets here.
