Colors are true and bowl is ideal for my purpose. It holds 3/4 cup - I recently was hospitalized and wanted to monitor my portions. These are the perfect size - whether for portion control or snacks. The packaging was well designed. A box in a box in a box with cardboard between each bowl. They look like Fiesta-ware but not as heavy. Excellent quality for an affordable price.

Love these gorgeous little bowls! I originally purchased this group to serve as mise en place bowls for complex recipes but I have started reaching for these beautifully glazed ceramic bowls to set out at get togethers to hold dips, dressings and other condiments. I am obsessed with the rich complimentary colors and I have several pieces of furniture that these look great on as little display dishes for candy or trinkets or whatever. I may have to get another set because I keep finding uses for the original batch! The only mild drawback is that they aren't terribly stable when stacked more than two deep. They're so cute, i forgive them though ;-)

Packaging and delivery- these bowls were packed in a way that eliminated any issues of breaking. Very impressed with the packaging. Delivery date was met as stated by Amazon. Appearance - look exactly like the photo. Very vibrant colors that will go with many other dishes. I have a few odds and ends dishes that have all of the colors of the bowls, so the bowls will complement what I already have. Size and Quality - good size for salads, ice cream or cereal. Very nice quality and the look very expensive. Very pleased with my purchase and will buy from this seller again.

I think what convinced me to get these stoneware bowls was all the talk in the description about them being "fine." They aren't terribly heavy (I really hate stoneware that actually looks and feels like it's carved from rocks. We aren't Flintstones.) but they do still have that annoying tendency to chip and heat up faster than your food in the microwave. The bowls don't stack super well in the dishwasher but with just the two of us, it's no big deal. I LOVE the colors - they go with the colors in our great room, and the colors are the reason we chose this set of dishes. But here's what hurts the most - I don't love these "cool" colors for serving food. I know this is an idiosyncratic problem, but I'll share anyway. Most food put on a teal or aqua background looks really unappetizing to me. I finally understand why white is the go-to color for dishes. Well, you live and you learn. That said, *I would not stop someone who liked stoneware from buying these dishes.* They are pretty, a great size and good quality. I was not unhappy with the price.

These bowls are so pretty! I love the bold colors. I have some dishes in solid yellow and in solid green already and these will coordinate well. They are very well made with a shiny, smooth finish and are a great sturdy weight. Not too heavy for your bowl of soup or food, but not thin and breakable feeling. I honestly cannot tell you how much I love the colors. They are fun and liven up the table. They make ordinary foods look like they belong in a magazine. I have only run them through the dishwasher twice (once when I first opened the box and another time after our first meal with them). They fit in the washer about as well as my other bowls. They do have deep sides (which I really like for bowls) so they might be a bit tricky in some dish racks or fit better on the top rack. They microwave just fine. I am using them for a microwaved snack now as I write this review. They don't get super hot while the food stays cold, they warm up as they should along with the food. I took it straight from the fridge to the microwave and this did not seem to cause any problems. It also says they are freezer safe. I have not put them in the freezer because I don't normally do that with dishes. I think I may buy another set of these to give to my daughter, so I would definitely buy them again and I recommend them to anyone who wants some color in their kitchen!

They are so cute and is perfect size to go in the dishwasher with ease I absolutely love them

These bowls are great. They're deep and easy to hold. They're glazed well and the colors are vibrant. I doubt they would take dropping on the floor without breaking but they've held up in the dishwasher on high heat cycles and also in the microwave. Very happy with these bowls.

Waanzinnig mooie schaaltjes, samen met de borden sets aangeschaft. Helaas chipt de lak er wel erg makkelijk af, van de twaalf schaaltjes is er geen schaaltje meer die gaaf is gebleven. De borden zijn wat steviger, al zien we dat de meeste ontbijt bordjes ook al zijn beschadigd. Dit zou je niet verwachten van servies in deze prijsklasse. Edit 25-10-2024. Verkoper is met mij in contact getreden en heeft de problemen keurig verholpen. Alle beschadigde schaaltjes zijn netjes vervangen. Alleen om deze keurige afwikkeling en servicegerichtheid de waardering aangepast naar 4:5 sterren. Klasse service!
