Nicely made, sturdy frother. I have owned cheaper frothers made of plastic that felt light and... cheap. This one is metal, good quality and powerful. The first speed setting is all I need to froth milk perfectly. That said, it's so powerful, that if you over-fill the milk container it will splatter everywhere. Turning it off took some getting used to because you have to press the button for 2 seconds. If you press it once it will go to the next higher speed, and then the splatter ..well....you can imagine the mess. Another nice difference is that the rods on the frother "wands" have thicker diameter and feel stiffer than those from cheaper alternatives. It's good because when these rods get bent for any reason, they are no longer concentric and the frother wobbles and then it longer works well. It's also very hard and annoying to straighten it almost always needing replacement. The thicker rods on this one, I hope, will help keep them straight for much longer.The charger works great and is very convenient to always keep it at the ready. The instructions are in the box and are ok. I'm pleased with my purchase.

This milk frother works quickly and well! The "chunky" case makes it easy to hold, even if you have arthritis in your hands. Works smoothly, without vibration. Powerful! I tried whipping some milk that frothed poorly with my old frother. With this frother, it worked just fine!Battery life appears good; its been two weeks since the last charge.Cons: The charging base/stand isn't very convenient to use. When the frother is placed with the whipper facing up, water can drip downward over the case. I ended up using the holder from my old frother, which holds the frother with the whipper down.

I purchased this on Oct 16th and I just went to charge it for the second time but stops charging. Does not flash lights to let me know when charging properly. Not happy.I am pleased customer service was helpful and sent me a replacement. I just tried new one and works good so far. 😊

I don’t actually want to froth milk, but I use this to mix my mushroom creamer and my collagen into my half & half before adding my coffee. I’ve had three other brothers, one I bought two months ago on Amazon. It’s the little one with a stand. It requires batteries and is too short. I saw this one and it ticked all the boxes-✔️ Side button for on/off and speeds.✔️Tall enough for my travel mug✔️Rechargeable via USB✔️Has two frothers instead of one.On top of that it’s super quiet!I truly love this device. I think the price reflects the quality, but we’ll see how long it lasts.So far it’s worth its 5 stars. If it dies within four months or starts to wobble, I’ll be updating this review.

Bought this Oct 23, now early Jan 24. Love the power, but haaaate the sporatically working power button. It has been hit or miss on having it turn on and off 'WHEN I' want it to. Last straw, this a.m., whipped my matcha drink and then it would NOT turn off no matter what i did. I didnt want green stuff spewed all over myself & bathroom, so i went in and grabbed the whisk with all my hatred and separated it from the body and just let the damn thing run until the battery gave up. Never again. It is hella strong for a frother tho. Maybe you will get lucky and your clicky power button will work. I...have everywhere else to go and find an unpossessed frother. Luck to you.Update: I received a message from seller, apologizing for the inferior product, asking if i would like a 'full refund', i said yes, aaaand nothing happened; no refund and no other communication. So I took a star off for the bother of it all.

I ordered this frother but could not get it to work. (I misread the battery installation instructions!) I set up a return and replace. When the replacement arrived, I read the instructions more carefully and got it to work. In fact, it works fantastically. I had been using a blender to make my protein shake from powder. Now I only use this frother. Evidently the double ring really does create a super action. It's pretty wonderful. In fact, I am keeping the original as either a gift or a backup. I have looked for a way to tell Amazon that, but I guess I just have to refuse to return it and let them charge me for the replacement.Bottom line - it's great!
