Great for practicing reload speed or just cycling them through a old barely used gun. They do scuff up with use, but I have cycled mine probably 30 - 40 times and they have held up great and haven't jammed once.

The weight and feel is spot on. Great for practice. My only suggestion is the color. I received black rounds and unfortunately they look very similar to live rounds that I use.

I bought these to teach my son how to load and unload his new shotgun. They work great for practice

After testing these in a 12G pump shotgun, I can attest to the reviews claiming these as close to correct, but not exactly. Ouf of the 6 there are 2 that fit quite snugly into the tube, but they do fit. Ejection is not a problem, so I'm going to keep them. One great feature is the rubber inserts used for the firing pins, and better still is the included set of replacement pads, so that was cool. If you're looking for some lower cost dummies to use for breaking in a new action these should suffice. After all, it's not like they're going to get used a whole lot, hence my not ordering a much more expensive set. I'm happy for the price, but would expect a little bettter if I was paying top dollar, which of course I didn't. In the end, yes I would recommend these for the price. FYI, I did test the action using live rounds, and those shells loaded very smoothly, These dummies are off a hair, but not enough to make them unuseable- at least in my firearm.
