This product gave me severe GI issues. I started to feel bloated and cramping really bad within 24 hrs after taking this. I didn't link the problems to this at the time. It took about 2 weeks for me to realize what the cause was. The cramping became so severe that I had to start thinking through what had changed in my diet and it was this. After much research it seems that not everyone can digest pea protein properly.
