How is it that this brand of brush and another brand that looks the exact same give you totally different results. The "Wet" brand brush can go through tangles with ease and no hair pulling pain but the other one feels like it's literally ripping hair from your scalp. This is the second "Wet" brand brush I've owned & I'll never use any other again. My first one last almost ten years so they're quite durable & great quality. Now I have a "Wet" brush in our RV, my car, the house, my over night bag, etc so I'll never have to be without one. My son loves these brushes too even though he has short hair. The color choices are fun too ;)

I purchased this brush several months ago now to replace one I'd been using for far too long, if I'm being honest. I'd heard of Wet brushes and how they were supposed to be very gentle while also being effective, so I figured I'd give it a shot, particularly because I have color-treated hair and want to be as kind to it as possible. All of the hype is absolutely warranted. It perfectly detangles my hair without pulling or ripping like other brushes I've used in the past. It also works on both wet and dry hair (though I wouldn't recommend brushing wet hair often, as wet hair is compromised and much more delicate) I will say that I have wavy/curly hair that does not tolerate being brushed well and tends to frizz up, even with this brush, unless I use product - like serum or leave-in. Now, I'm only giving it 4 out of 5 stars because despite only having it for a few months, the bristles are already falling out, pushed in, or sticking out everywhich way. Granted, it's probably nearly time to replace it anyways and I have thick hair which could be a contributing factor, but it's still worth noting because I've never experienced this (to this extent and so quickly at least) with a brush before.

These wet brushes are awesome. They are the only brushes that will detangle my hair cause I have super fine hair that knots up easily. It's strong but light weight , it brushes through your hair so easily.

I bought this brush especially for my granddaughters’ hair. They are terrible! (The granddaughters, not the brush) They scream bloody murder every time you need to untangle their hair. They are twitching and trying to get away even before you touched one hair of their tiny heads! Well, this brush did the trick! I have only tried it with one of them, but she’s the worst of the bunch. There was no whimpering, pretending crying, real crying, nervous laughing, negotiating (promising me the sun and the moon and all the stars in all constellations) if I stopped doing her hair. I was very careful, but I alway am and have very different results. This brush worked! It’s just plain magic, I’m telling you… 😂👍🏻👍🏻
