Just opened these; in the description on your site it says they may be used outdoors as well as indoors. The included product profile says indoors or outdoors: enclosed space such as outdoor camping tent.From the description I had assumed that these held a charge but that’s apparently not the case, either.I took a chance on ordering these without seeing any customer reviews as the reviews that go with it are for a completely different product; some kind of liners for a ‘Makers Mark Griddle’!I will test them out tonight on our front porch but have a feeling I’m going to need to return them if they don’t work as described.

Should've read the distribution of star-ratings, and saw 8/10 purchasers not recommending. Lesson learned!

I knew something was wrong when I plugged this in. The fan is so weak that it didn't seem like it could actually pull an insect in. But I decided to at least give it a chance. After about 5 days of constantly being on, mostly in a dark area, there was not a single insect in the trap.Maybe this design works if well made but it doesn't with this brand. There is certainly no Vortex reaching out from the device, much less inside where the fan is situated.Probably provides a cool area for mosquitos to get out of the heat.

If I can give this product a zero, I would. It's cheaply made. The fan didn't work and it doesn't zap anything!! When I bought it, i remember clearly it had 5 stars. So I didn't even bother reading any of the reviews since it was so good. I went back to look at the star rating and some of the reviews after I bought it and now its saying it's 1.5 stars?? Somethings not right! I'm returning it ASAP.

This device is made of cheap plastic and did not do anything. We set it up in various rooms in our house hoping it would help trap mosquitos at night but it never got even one. The fan is weak and does not suck them in. I am very disappointed we spent that much on something so useless.

Absolutely one of the worst products that I've ever bought on Amazon. It's made like garbage, don't you dare even put it outside because a light breeze will blow it away. The fan is absolutely worthless as it's not even enough power to suck up a fruit fly. This thing is total garbage.

Does not work, bugs not attracted to it. A cheaply made product from overseas and too expensive for what was supposed to be revolutionary technology. The bugs look at the light and fly away, interesting to watch. I guess the bugs are intelligent enough to recognize danger.

I chose this product considering overall rating in Amazon but it does not catch fly or mosquitos at all. I purchased two for my 500 sqft office room but it only cached one fly during three-day weekend although there are bunch of flies and mosquitos
