I love this thing! It is super easy to use. It makes ric cleaning so much easier than it normally is it takes a few minutes to heat up. That's about it but I'm used to that anyways so that's the norm. But it has so many attachments. You can use it in any room of the house to clean anything. I've been using it on my cabinets. My walls, everything I can think of I've been using. This is definitely worth it. It is a great price, holds up well and has enough attachments for everything.

The steamer heats to high temperatures consisting of 250 degree F and higher. The steamer comes with multiple attachments, which are handy. However, it is confusing as to which attachments need which adapter. You have to refer to the owner's manual to know which adapter fits each attachment. The handle on the steamer is thick and somewhat coarse, which leads to discomfort on your hand. I would give the item five stars, but the usage life of the steamer is limited. The light to the on and off switch stopped working after a couple of uses. This creates a hazard. Without the light it can be easy to walk off and leave the machine on, without realizing it. The steam output is great and can be adjusted-depending on what you need. The overall value of the machine to its cost is reasonable. The heat up time is reasonable, but you have to wait a long time for the machine to cool down. You need to wait in between each use for the machine to cool down to prevent the machine from over heating and prevent damage to the machine. This machine is not intended for multiple back-to-back uses.

I liked this product when I first used it. But by the 4th time using it, water came pouring out of the nozzle and it was all over the floor. The mop head broke on my 4th time using this. This product did not last. :(

light duty only, not much steam, not buying again. Excellent Power cord quality built, plenty of attachments.
