These glasses saved me from an optometrist appointment and bill! Whew! Now, I can see to drive at night. They are super great for the price! The frames look nice, but are slightly too large and heavy on my small face. Otherwise, I'm very thankful to have found these eyeglasses! They work! I would pay extra for these if the manufacturer offered amber/yellow tinting for night driving.

I bought 3 pairs of driving glasses from Amazon after my cataract surgery. I'm glad I did, because the other 2 pairs were plastic. Both plastic pairs broke within 2 weeks due to inadequate packaging, cheap, tight hinges and cheap, very breakable plastic frames. These metal-framed glasses are excellent temporary glasses. Ugly, but durable.

I had cataract surgery in both eyes and you cannot get a new prescription for glasses for 4 to 6 weeks after the second eye's surgery. My vision was bad in both eyes and after surgery 1 I needed to pop that lens out of an old pair of glasses because the old lens was a far higher correction than the modified eyeball could handle. After surgery on the other eye, the surgeon said the new lenses were approximately -2.50 (nearsigted correction, NOT reading glasses). Because these glasses were so cheap at amazon, I thought I would try them. I had nothing to lose, since all of my old glasses were now totally useless. Surprise!!! They worked great. I could even see to drive. Eventually I was able to get a new prescription, but I am keeping these glasses as an emergency backup. Good purchase!!!

I need and ordered -5.00. What I received is labeled as -5.00, but it has zero corrective power. That's quite unfortunate, because the frame is quality, and exceeded my expectation at this price.

They fit great. I have a larger head and sometimes glasses are tight on me and give me headaches but these are perfect. They are cute, lightweight, so far have lasted through several drops, and most importantly work like they’re supposed to with the strength. Highly recommend!!
