I’ve had a heck of a time trying to find a pillow that helps with my neck, my back, and snoring. I prefer to be a back or slight side sleeper but gave the back sleeping up after I kept waking myself up snoring. (Mild sleep apnea). Side sleeping is my go to now but sometimes I wake up with my shoulder feeling crammed because the pillow was never the right height.I’ve tried dollar store pillows, wedge pillows, down filled, memory foam, honeycomb, all to no avail. I got this pillow in Nov 2024, tried laying on it the first night and it felt too high so I gave up and tossed it with the other pillows in the collection.Fast forward to now. Pinched nerve in my shoulder blade/spine with neck pain. Radiating intermittent numbness down my arm. Not my first rodeo with this issue. I did the normal tx and after a month, the pain was down to a dull ache but persistent. Laying down flat has been out of the question and have been sleeping sitting up. I was about to concede defeat and go back to the dr since I was still not getting full relief but spent another night searching up “pillow support and sleeping positions for pinched nerves”. And this pillow came back up.I pulled it back out and realized two things after fiddling with it — that I could remove a layer and flip it around to make it slimmer. I was able to lay down on it the first night without triggering pain or numbness. I was able to sleep several hours. Pain returned midday the next day. Night two, I slept longer and it actually gave me pain relief laying on it. The next day, there was some side neck stiffness but the area of the pinched nerve was not painful until late in the day. Lots of snap crackle and popping throughout the day. Night three, I got a full night’s rest. No neck stiffness upon waking and no numbness. Barely any pain today. My expectation is it’s progressively getting better FINALLY!! I firmly believe the pillow is helping to properly align my neck and upper back which is allowing the nerve compression to release.Now that I know how to set the pillow up properly for me, I’m super happy with it. If something ever happens to it, I will definitely get another one. It seems to be very well made and good quality so I don’t anticipate any issues but should a meteor blast take it out, I’ll not hesitate to get it again.Others mentioned a smell but there wasn’t any smell with mine. Months later and no smell issues either.

This is the most comfortable pillow I have ever slept on! Seriously! I wake up in the same position I went to sleep. I only wake up once in the night now instead of several times to flip and flop around. I wake up feeling rested. The pillow isn't too soft or too firm. I feel like Goldilocks! I found the perfect pillow after trying so many. It took me about two nights to figure out which side I wanted under my neck. I have a fussy neck, often waking up with a stiff neck. This pillow is designed with a gently sloped support area for the neck on one side. This gives me great gentle support when I sleep on my back. In the past if I slept on my left side I would wake up with a back spasm. I now find I don't. So happy I can sleep on my side again. There are what I call wings on each side of the pillow that supports my head when I'm on my side without my face being burried in the pillow. No stuffing the pillow under my neck while on my side so I can breath. I am truly shocked on how happy I am with this pillow. I suggest you give it a try. You too may become a happy Goldilocks.!

The pillow came in a pretty nice box from the manufacturer, and was rolled up and vacuumed sealed in plastic. Besides being a pain to get out of the bag the textures on the pillow were nice, and after my first night sleeping with it my neck already feels better.I took the pillow out of the bag and let it expand for a little and it was pretty much instant which was nice. Great quality for the sale price I got it for!

This pillow has been amazing for my neck pain — it’s completely gone since I started using it! The cooling effect and memory foam make it super comfortable, and it really supports proper alignment. The only downside is that the arm slot could be bigger; my arm tends to fall out during the night. Overall, still a fantastic pillow and worth it for the pain relief!

I have had this pillow for about a 7 months and it stands the test of time. It is my main pillow for sleeping and has kept its shape entirely! I am a chronic migraine sufferer and they are caused mainly by tension in my neck. This pillow has helped tremendously. It even allows for better comfort when sleeping on your stomach. However, I prefer to sleep on my back and this pillow is perfect. It’s not too thick and gives your head the perfect lift when sleeping. Definitely worth the money.

I am 68 have a neck injury C6 C7 fracture. It's difficult to find a pillow that suits my sleeping comfortability. This pillow is excellent. Their customer service is excellent. You can even order a another part to the pillow for free. They'll send it if you need to raise the pillow up. I think it's the best pillow. The price is a little off, but you get what you pay for & there's a removable back piece oval shape that comes out and gives your head even more comforbility I recommend it

I let this pillow sit and expand per directions for a full 24-48 hours. I did go the full 48. OMG!!! What a wonderful pillow! I did not wake up to a stiff neck this morning! I feel like I can finally get rid of my overpriced Dough pillow that only lasted a year.So pros: actually comfortable as a back and sometimes side sleeper. I feel like it transitions well without the need to fold my pillow. Mine was comfortable right off the bat. I think I fell asleep faster? But my previous pillow was pretty sad so the bar was set low.Cons- it does sleep hot. As well as the size feels small. I have no idea how this could possibly be a queen. Standard maybe? Definitely not a queen. I feel if it was just a few more inches wide the arm layer would be more conducive to my position.Both issues can be dealt with. I can obtain a cooking material pillow case. Based on first night use, the size didn't affect my comfort per say. I feel bad taking a star off. But I DO think the size is misrepresented.I will update if it breaks down sooner than expected. As memory foam tends to do.
