I ordered the Holy Stone HS360S and flew it today for the first time. Honestly, I’m very impressed. This drone is on a completely different level compared to a cheaper £80 drone I owned before. The difference is night and day. What I really like: It holds its position perfectly thanks to GPS no drifting, no random flying away Very responsive and predictable controls, feels fully under control Wind resistance is surprisingly good for its size Video quality is excellent for the price, much better than expected Stable flight makes it enjoyable, not stressful I flew it together with my son and we both had an amazing time. Instead of constantly correcting the drone, you can actually enjoy flying and filming, which makes a huge difference. This feels like a proper GPS drone, not a toy. For the price, it’s an excellent choice and I’m really happy with the purchase. Highly recommended for beginners and family use.

Brilliant drone, still getting used to it, but on the first few flights, the images and video are top quality. I will update in a few weeks when I've taken it out some more. Setting up was easy, as easy as 1 2 3

I took the drone out for a test drive today to see how it performs. It was a little windy today, some 8km/hr breezes. I think I am going to have to wait for an absolutely calm day before really being able to see what I can manage to shoot with this drone. Absolutely nothing I shot today was usable. That could be down to needing more practice in piloting the drone; time will tell. This is not the “E” version of the 720 but that would not have helped in any case. The drone was drifting all over the place and the video was never stable at any point. This is day one. As mentioned, I will spend more time practicing piloting the drone and wait for an absolutely calm day (perhaps next summer) before making a final opinion on this purchase. I would not recommend this as a beginner drone, unless perhaps you can use it in a large, open space when any drifting would not be an issue.

This Drone does what it says on the box, great value for money, easy to fly, and great build quality and battery life.

Worked beautifully for the first 2 attempts but wing broke on the 3rd use. Just totally malfunction and dropped out of the sky. Very expensive toy to malfunction and break. Don't buy

This is the second drone I have purchased from Amazon and I must say it's so much better than the first one. When I received my first drone I thought it was pretty good until I received this one and realized what I had been missing. This drone is extremely easy to set up and more importantly to fly, the app works flawlessly allowing you to view a live stream and take pictures and video at the click of a button on the remote control. It's so easy to fly because basically the drone does all the hard work for you, if you take your hands off the controls it will stay exactly where it is, utilizing GPS it will also follow you and it will also return to it's take off location should you tell it to again by the touch of a button. It will also return to its take off location if it loses signal or the battery is low. Speaking of the battery it really is very impressive, I had 23 minutes flying time which I consider excellent. Overall a great drone at a great price, I would definitely recommend this drone to anyone thinking of purchasing one, I doubt you could get anything better at this price. Very happy!

I bought this drone as my introduction to the droning world. The drone is ideal for beginners but does take a while to configure. The control are nice and gives you good handling of the drone, surprisingly the drone really fast for the size and weight of it. I would suggest this drone to all new comers as it’s not to pricey and gives you a good insight on how to get use to how things work. It comes in a nice carrying box to pack away for transportation.

Bought this as my first Drone, what a great choice for a beginner! Super easy to fly especially with 2 flight speed modes. Return to home function is great too and really easy to use, all you have to do is tap a button on the remote and the drone will fly straight to where you took off from. Camera is great for the price. Good colours and detail especially for pictures, the video is also really clear but with out the image stabilising the footage comes out a little wobbly, if I was to order again I would definitely pay the extra for the HS720E, a TIP I've found flying backwards with the wind gives me the smoothest footage!! and double check your default setting in the app, mine was set to 2k not 4k as default. Overall quality of the drone is great, I've managed to crash into a tree twice (my fault) with no damage to the drone! Not even the propellers! Super happy with the drone!!

While this isn't my 1st drone (I own 3 others) it is my 1st "non-toy grade" one. As there are literally hundreds of drones to choose from these days, I did a LOT of research before purchasing. I watched endless YouTube videos, read through dozens of drone forums and read many drone/tech site + Amazon owner reviews. I chose the HS510 because it seemed to offer a great mix of features, performance and positive owner feedback at a reasonable price. After receiving it, familiarizing myself with it's operation and flying it numerous times, I'm happy to report it delivers everything I'd hoped for and more. The amount of tech packed into this drone is impressive given it's price. Every feature I've tried out so far - GPS position hold, return-to-home, optical flow sensor and auto take off/landing - work as advertised. The camera takes pretty good pictures (see attached) and video when saved to an onboard microSD card - I haven't tried saving pics or video directly to my phone and will likely just skip that. The fact that the drone is foldable, came with (2) batteries and a nice little carrying case to store & transport everything was just icing on the cake. I was so impressed with the HS510 that I ended up ordering Holy Stones newest drone (the HS720E) to try doing a little higher-end aerial photography/videography. (EDIT: My only complaint regarding the HS510 is that it doesnt come in black, which makes it easier (for me at least) to spot when the drone is at a higher altitude. Since this is more of a personal preference than anything I didn't factor it into my rating.)

I used to do lots of RC planes flying and then migrated lately into drones. This is my 3rd Drone purchased and I was impressed with the online reviews. Well I am very glad that I did. This is an amazing Drone that is very simple to learn how to fly and has an amazing control (very stable in normal wind conditions). It takes great pictures that are very clear and no jitter or blurriness. My son wanted to try it and fell in love with it. Very sturdy and can take some abuse too. I highly recommend this Drone especially for the price compared to the much higher end ones where you pay lots more money for few extra plusses. My next one is for sure another Holy Stone. More update. Few weeks after I got it, one of the batteries was getting a little warm when charging. I called the hotline and spoke with Karen. She was so friendly an helpful that she immediately put in a Battery replacement an I got it in few days and it works perfect. Its amazing how helpful and friendly and very very efficient Karen handled the whole situation. That is worth a lot to me.

This is my second drone, my first being a Mavic Mini 2 and think that it is much easier to use, set up and fly. I wanted a second one to travel with and this Holy Stone seemed check all the boxes that the Mavic Mini did with a couple of added features that I was excited about like the follow me and way point flying. On top of those two advantages, it was a fraction of the price and I could get two of these for the price of the Mini so I was way more comfortable to take it on the plane with me. First flight was a real learning curve because of the large differences between what I have gotten used to and this Holy Stone. It was not quite as easy to fly straight out of the box as the Mini, but with some time it proves to be a very responsive and amazing drone (definitely recommend starting in a much more open area than my yard and a much calmer day, I have way too many trees and winds were gusty up to 20 mph keeping me from flying too hi. First time I went above the trees, the drone started to drift away and took a bit to fly back, live and learn). It also proved its durability when it bounced off the side of my house while I was playing with the headless setting. Slight scratch, but fired right back up and flew with out any issues at all (I do not at all recommend testing this, just use me as an example that it is not always the end of the world when crash landing at low altitudes). Overall, I am very satisfied with this drone and cannot wait to get some amazing footage on my vacations with this. I would not be able to comfortably say it is great for beginners or easy to use sine I started with the Mini2, but at the price, it is a great one to try if interested. The remote is so much more satisfying than the Mini comes with though due to its size and dedicated status screen and I love the ability to control the drone with just my phone giving me the ability to hit the road for a day shoot with just the drone, extra battery and my phone. That alone makes this my go to for a minimalistic choice for some rides. Way to go Holy Stone.

I bought this as my first drone this past May. It is very easy to use and the controls are very responsive. I live in the city, so I have to take it to the park in order to have an open area for flying. The camera is pretty good for the price, with nice pictures and videos. My box came with extra propellers which is great. Unfortunately, I had a crash with it one day and had to use the spare propellers. I am now looking to purchase more propellers and have had the hardest time locating them with the 2 screws for the HS510. The link that Holystone provides for accessories takes you to Holyton on Amazon. The replacements they list are not the 2 screw propellers that my HS510 uses. They sent me ones for 1 screw attachment that don’t fit, even though they show the 2 screw propellers in their description. I contacted Holystone and explained my situation. They sent two sets of replacement props that also didn’t fit my HS510, they were too large (see the pictures) I will contact them again to see if they can rectify the situation, if not, I will have a useless drone if I ever have another incident. For now, I will rate this drone with 3 stars. If you can’t find replacement parts for your drone, it’s practically useless. Holystone needs to work on their availability of spare part suppliers. An update to my review. After contacting customer service, Sunny, their representative went beyond what I expected and sent me a replacement drone. I do have to say that their products and services are the best I've experienced from a drone provider.

Positives: Batteries last about 10-12 minutes. Relatively easy to fly the drone once you can get it up in the air, but taking advantage of the cool features is limited by the woeful instructions--but it can be hurdled by finding the right youtube user videos. The return to home feature is nice. Negatives: Instructions could be much easier to understand. There are some pretty good youtube videos to truly understand how to operate features. The good news is that once you understand a function, it becomes second nature. The app is confusing and a chore to set up 'every time' you want to fly the drone and not intuitive--hampered by the poor instructions. You have to look up several YouTube videos to truly understand how to maximize the drone's capabilities. The phone holder is not great. I have to take my iphone 8+ out of its very thin profile protective case every time for it to fit on top of the controller and it is not secure, so be sure you are in grass in case it slips out. The video feed goes in and out at about 200-225m instead of advertised 300m (open field, no electronic interference around). UPDATE Jan 2021: The recent Ophelia Go software update has connection issues with iPhones. Holy Stone Customer Svc recommends M RC PRO to fly your drone. Their Customer Service is very good. Overall: Recommend they provide good instructions and this is easily a 4-5 star review.
