Q: Can it be used on an aluminium door?

It can. We have used it on aluminium to conceal scratches in the past but bear in mind the gloss level might not be the same. Also this touch up pen is not going to repair scratches - meaning it will not fill them it will only paint over them.

Q: Can use them to repaint a composite door to different colour?

Paint the complete door? They’re only meant for touching in scratches and blemishes so you must get the right colour for the door you intend using it on.

Q: Would this disguise a cigarette burn mark on pvc window sill

Yes, but there might be a slight difference in the colour. Better than a burn mark though.

Q: Does the fluid dry up in the pen if it is not all used first time round?

I haven’t opened it since I used it. It did the job at the first time of asking and haven’t needed it since. I should think it will survive as long as you reseal it well. It’s a good product.
