We have been on the brilliant, natural ketogenic diet for over eighteen months now, so good fats are keeping us healthy. Not keen on fried eggs that taste of coconut, I looked for odourless/tasteless oil. This is definitely a staple product in our day to day lives, perfect! I love this oil, it can be used as a moisturizer , but really makes the best chips

Second order and the oil is fine but very miffed that I had to pay postage when the listing was for free postage if I spent over a certain amount of money. Not happy at all as it is not cheap to buy in the first place.
