Great probiotics
This product has helped me the most of all the probiotics I have tried. They have kept me somewhat regular (my system is complex). I take two before meals and have found this to be the best for me. I'll keep buying these for months to come.

Not convinced
Usually probiotics work wonders for me after eating Chinese food , but this didn’t do anything. I’m not saying it doesn’t have probiotics, I’m just saying high probability it doesn’t have 250 billion per capsule
