Why did you pick this product vs others?:Our daughter was going through a 32 month sleep regression and was waking up 3-5 times a night after being a very solid independent sleeper for a year or so. She wanted us to stay in the doorway while she fell asleep every time she woke up. We thought we upgraded from and smaller older BabySense monitor that was on it's last legs to a Vtech monitor with a bigger screen. In the middle of the night, the night vision on the Vtech was so gray and grainy that we couldn't tell if her eyes were open or not to make our escape.The night vision on our old BabySense was awesome so we tried this BabySense Max View and the night vision is incredible. Can't recommend enough.

We have had a few other camera systems in the past and this by far has been a favorite. The two camera option was a must and easy to use. Love that it jumps between monitors every few seconds so I know I wouldn't miss something. Also talking to each camera is a big deal for me and worked well. The hard wear has been great and the plug ins are good quality. I have had trouble with plugs over time in other cameras and this one is very different and seems durable. Of course the kids love to grab the monitor and play with it anytime I forget it laying around and I have not been worried about anything breaking. It's been a great purchase. Had for two months so far.

11 months after purchase my BabySense monitor malfunctioned, Sean at BabySense, carefully walked me through a checklist of operations to repair the monitor. When those operations did not resolve the problem Sean quickly, with sensitivity and efficiency, sent me a new monitor. In this "unbrave new retail bot world" the experience with Sean and BabySense, unfortunately, felt uniquely refreshing.More companies could learn valuable lessons in customer service from BabySense.With great appreciation,Tim O'Connor

I really like this baby monitor, you can toggle through multiple cameras and see them on the same screen at once or one at a time, and the sound can oscillate from screen to screen or stay on one. The sound machine feature is also nice. Very clear images. I'm taking one star because the monitor kickstand is poorly manufactured. Ours broke, and the metal rod that keeps it attached went into the monitor and ruined the image, rendering it unusable. The company was great and sent us a new one under the warranty, but we had the kickstand break off of two monitors. And we don't do anything crazy with them. We only turn it on to watch the kids while they sleep and close it, and put it away so my toddler doesn't get to it. So I would suggest they try to redesign how that's attached. But I do recommend them and have 2 other friends purchase the same monitor.

We’ve been using this baby monitor for a while now, and overall, it’s been fantastic. One of the best features is that it can connect up to 4 cameras, which is perfect for keeping an eye on multiple rooms or angles. It also plays soothing songs and has built-in night lights, which is such a nice touch for bedtime routines.The night vision is incredibly clear probably the best we’ve seen and the VOX mode is super helpful since the screen only turns on with movement or sound, which helps at night. My only minor complaint is that even on the lowest setting, the screen is still a bit bright in a dark room. But with VOX enabled, it only lights up when needed, so it’s manageable.Customer service is top-notch! We had a small issue, and they responded quickly and were very helpful. Definitely recommend this monitor to any parent looking for a reliable, feature-packed option with great support behind it. It’s a bit pricey but it’s worth it.

The monitor works well and works as described. It has given us peace of mind to be able to view our two little ones simultaneously. The product ultimately gets 5 stars from me for customer service. I had an issue with charging and audio going out but Grace from the customer service team was very responsive in attempting to help me trouble shoot. When that did not work, she quickly ordered a replacement monitor as it had fallen within the warranty period.

We love this camera! Previously had a Vtech that could not hook up additional cameras and the image was blurry. This image is super clear and I like how you can move around the camera from the monitor. It does not block out noise so we can hear the white noise machine but this doesn’t bug us. It also has a green light in the upper corner of the monitor that you can’t turn off, but this doesn’t bother us as well. You can see and hear all four cameras in scan mode (10 seconds per camera cycling).

This is generally a great monitor but has one major drawback. For some reason, the parent handheld monitor screen has lights on the corner that indicate sound, flashing bright green and red. Not sure why a parent would want constant bright lights flashing all night on the bedside table. In order to make this work, I had to fashion a little blackout pouch that I stick the monitor in each night before bed. This is obviously not ideal, as I have to remove it from the pouch any time I want to check it. So if you are light sensitive while you sleep, look elsewhere. Otherwise, its a decent camera.
