iFixit FixMat - Magnetic Electronic Repair Screws and Parts Organizer

Great bit of kit. Had a couple of iMacs to strip down and upgrade, anyone who has done this will know Apple use a multitude of different sized screws in the assembling of their products. With this mat you can mark where they have come from, and put them securely on the magnetic marked square. Re-assembling is a breeze as you can just work your way backwards with the appropriate screw from the marked square! Supplied with a black marker pen, the mat wipes clean after use!

Top quality work mat! I use this when working on cameras and computers and the magnetic surface makes it much less likely that I'll have to spend ages looking for tiny screws on the floor! Nice little trays for storing the various parts as you're working.

it might seem expensive for what you get, but this is the mutt’s nuts. A quality piece of kit. Speaking as someone who always has one screw left over after putting a repair project back together, this is exactly what I need to keep me organised. Worth the money if you want to do the job right.
