Well maybe there is, allow me to introduce you to Beta Ecdysterone.Ecdysterone is a plant/insect hormone which in this product comes from Cyanotis Arachnoidea root extract. It's the hormone that makes some plants and insects grow so it's basically their HGH (Human Growth Hormone), the question is, does it do for humans what it does for plants and insects?I've only been taking these medium sized and easily swallowed pills for a week now and I definitely feel the difference, quicker recovery times, more strength and maybe although it's very early to tell, more growth! I'm definitely going to keep taking them to see if I get anymore positive results.I looked up many studies to see if anyone else had received positive results from taking Ecdysterone and the reviews are all positive, in test studies the groups taking Ecdysterone reported significantly more muscle growth than the groups taking the placebo.Ecdysterone is also said to be an adaptagen. Adaptagens are believed to have positive effects on psychological resilience, stress management and overall human wellbeing.My worry taking these pills was that they would increase my testosterone levels which always leads to negative effects with me but I had nothing to worry about as Ecdysterone doesn't increase testosterone and I felt fine.I've read other reviewers talking about side effects from Ecdysterone but as far as I can tell, through research and from my experience, as long as you stick to the recommended dose you will be fine. If you do take too much you could get stomach problems so please be careful!All in all this product is a winner, good gains in strength, size and recovery without side effects and for quite a low price, if you're into getting hench, give them a try!!I hope you found this review helpful, have a great day!!

Purchased this for muscle growth, when it arrived it looked ok but instead of 98% beta-ecdysterone as is described, it is 100% D Mannose which is just a type of sugar found in fruit. See photo for proof, this is a scam product.

I was very interested to try this supplement as there is quite a buzz about it, but I would highly advise you to do a little bit of research before you start this, or any, supplement. I am a 61-year-old man who is an active climber. I have a few minor medical complaints so the benefits of this supplement were of interest to me. It has the potential to helping to build lean muscle, and increase strength, and performance. Some studies, that you will easily be able to locate for yourself, suggest there may also be further benefit to Ecdysteriods. I WILL say that this is a particularly high dosage compared with the research studies I found. Those suggest starting with 500mg, split into two doses, for 8-12 weeks. These are 1200mg. But, I checked with my Medical Consultant and he found no reason to be alarmed. He did recommend that I started on 1 per day rather than the recommended 2 per day to get my system used to the supplement. Beta Ecdysterone has gone through full clinical trials, unlike several other muscle growth supplements and has been shown to have no negative side effects. It should be taken with some food of some sort so YOU may want to consider morning and evening... Ecdysteroids are often used in cycles of 8-12 weeks and then given a break. However, this one can be used continuously without any known issues. It can also be "stacked" with some other phyto-steroids (plant derived) such as Turkesterone. I am one week into the 30-day supply. My Consultant ran some blood work for me prior to starting and will repeat that blood work in early January. I do not feel much different but it is early days. I WILL EDIT THIS REVIEW IN EARLY JANUARY WHEN I GET BACK BLOOD RESULTS. We will be looking at several markers and I will share those with the EDIT! (Please note: this is MY experience so far and embarking on a high mg regime of any supplement of any sort shouldn't be entered into lightly... Do a little bit of homework and don't look for "an easy fix"!)

Package split on arrival and half the contents were damaged before use

Unlike one of the other reviews, I definitely received the package in the product listing, so in my experience there's no need to worry about getting the wrong item.I'd never heard of Beta Ecdysterone before but I read about what it does so I thought I'd give it a try. It's supposed to help with muscle endurance, aid in strength, and decrease cortisol.I haven't yet started the product as I'm just clearing out from other supplements (natural stuff, I don't do anything more than legal capsulses you can buy over the counter).As far as this review can go, since you have to leave a review in a fairly short time after receiving the product, I can't say how helpful these will be, but, it looks like I've got what I asked for and from January onwards I will be able to see whether this has helped with my strength in the gym.

Not as advertised, actually contains pure D-mannose, which is just sugar…. Joke that this is still on amazon, sellers should be banned
