Love this product. Keeps ice through a hockey game & truly holds a lot of ice! Great product!

My bucket did not come with the handle. So first time using it slipped out of my hand when lifting it out of lower cabinet. It fell 5 inches and got a dent on side. I thought this model had a handleas pictured but the one I received did not. I returned it and got a refund.

Very convenient, keeps ice frozen for hours when I entertain. It can be placed on my beverage counter and everyone can add ice to their beverages without having to go and find the refrigerator.

Works great and looks great. Love that the tongs fit inside the lid.
