Complete junk. Nice looking, but not functional. Worked for one month, but then the siphon tube began popping off rendering it useless. No support to replace parts.

I bought a plastic cheaper models and it leaked immediately and returned an exchange for this one, made of glass very sturdy no leakage looks beautiful

Lovely, aesthetic, and great bubbles.I wonder if it could be made easier to refill without spilling- I keep a funnel in the drawer so I don't need to be as careful but still I end up with wet counters every few days which isn't ideal.I also wish for a more re-fillable cartridge than the single use steel chargers, though its nice and important to know that they are fully recyclable since they're just steel...

Solid (but expensive) piece of functional art that works great until it doesn't. Arrived February 10 and worked perfectly until May 3. Now it just leaks water all over everything, even when caps are on tight. I am past the 30-day exchange window, so now all I have is an expensive paperweight.

Love having this useful tool in the kitchen.

I had a less expensive metal one, but it rapidly deteriorated and had corrosion in the bottom of the bottle which tasted awful. This product has a glass bottle with a tough metal protective shield It works great and is a much better value since it won't corrode in a few months like the ones with a metal bottle.

I bought one and it drooled water everywhere. Replaced it. Replacement was also dripping everywhere, but in a slightly different way. Tried to make one working version with parts from the two. The “new” version was somewhat better but almost as bad as the original. Send the second one back too. Go look at the Sodastream Aqua Fizz with glass, not plastic, bottles. Much better.
