is the wiring to the manual version the same as the thermostatic?

Hi both the water and electrics are the same on both the Manual and the thermostatic options

I cannot get feed pipes which are copper to fit far enough into the shower inlet fittings so that it doesn't leak. Surely ishould not be so difficult?

The pipes need extending to seal the connection. If there's no movement forwards of the pipes then they will need cutting back into the wall and longer pipes connected and cut to the correct length to fit into shower connections. Unfortunately this means making a hole around the pipes big enough to cut and extend them, Kev, Plumber.

Bought this a month ago and the filter/cap assembly is faulty can I have a replacement part?
