I’ve recently gotten back into the gym after a stint of inactivity due to the birth of our first child.The first few sessions I was sore for days, but after adding regains into my supplement stack I noticed that my recovery time has gotten shorter and shorter.There is no pain or soreness in muscles even when they’re building the day after a heavy workout. Where I used to be sore, now I just notice a slight loss in strength while muscles which would have been sore are recovering.This has helped me stay in the gym every day, which is exactly what I’ve been shooting for.I’m glad I got the 240 pack. $50 for a 3 month supply is extremely reasonable and the results are worth far more.

Below is my first review. The founder reached immediately to make this right. I will be receiving a replacement bottle. I'll hold off on my GF-9 for now and try the new bottle because of the cost and the great customer service. I'll update within a few weeks- 3/28/24The first night I took this, I did feel more energized when I woke up. But for the past few weeks, I feel like I'm running on 80 to 90%. I'm dragging everywhere, almost like I've taken melatonin. I've tried taking one pill less than recommended, but this didn't help. I also realized I get a slight headache for a very short time after taking these pills.Super odd, because these ingredients are basically the same as brands like Novex's GF-9, which is more than 2x the cost.I guess you get what you pay for, or maybe I just got a bad batch.I'm throwing the rest out and going back to GF-9.

I have been using this for a few weeks this time after taking a break for a while. After the first week, I could tell that my workouts were getting more intense and part of that is because I was sleeping better. I have increased my weights that I'm moving and I can feel them steadily getting easier as I'm able to add more reps to my sets. I'm 49 years old and I wish I would have had this stuff when I was in my 20's, I would have been a beast!

I am 52 yrs old and I have been taking this product with my weight at 220 lbs I take 5 pills at night and have noticed a increase in strength in my weight training. I have been an avid weight lifter my whole life and have noticed nothing worked for me like it used to as far as supplements goes. I stack Regains with creatine phosphate and have noticed a difference.
