Let's begin by saying how AWESOME these pad replacements are. Being a 90's kid, it really is a throwback to arcade carpet styling and really puts a smile on my face. So thanks for that.These pads are as plush and comfortable as they come and made out of some really great material. I can wear them for hours at a time (I know it's not good for you, shut up...) without fatigue or sore temples. That being said, the plushiness may come at the cost of the head sensor in the headphones. I found myself having constant issues with my XM5's cutting out because the sensor was too far from my head. I will say though, I have a pretty thick beard and that could play into it. This is easily solved, however, by simply turning off the auto shutdown in the Sony app. Absolutely not a deal breaker for me, but just a heads up for all you bearded gentlemen.Would I buy it again? Absolutely. Great product, good price.

To preface this, I suffer from misophonia so I wear my XM5's for around 15/16 hours a day. Using them that much for 2+ years, the earpads held up better than I expected. Still, they have started go flat and the texture isn't as smooth. And that mesh no longer smells great. The headphones are still perfectly good so no need to replace them.After I replaced the really messed up earpads on my XM4's I was so impressed that I immediately ordered these. They are such an improvement on the OEM pads. They have the depth I missed on the originals. So now my ears aren't being pinned to the inside all the time. The PU leather feels nicer and feels like it might be more durable. The padding is also slightly more firm but it's the perfect amount of support. They are significantly more comfortable for me.They're also a little easier to install than the XM4 pads and those were already really easy.I can'r say I've noticed a hit to the ANC. Maybe I hear the white noise machine bleed in slightly more but it's so minor it's hardly worth mentioning.Overall, a solid replacement if your earpads need a change. Even if they don't these will elevate your experience.

I really do like how they feel a lot more free then the original ones , I do feel like the noise leaks more because when I’m in noise cancellation I can still hear a bit more than before but I don’t think it’s bad. The main problem I had when I got these was my headphones would turn off randomly and it was happening at least like 1-2 times a day , to fix all you have to do is go on the Sony app(Sound connect app) and in device settings go to System, then turn automatic power off . It hasn’t turned off since only thing that sucks is it stays on if I forget to turn them off lol. Still a good product tho

I’ve been using Wicked since Beats first came out. The pads that come with the Sony headphones are very uncomfortable.The pads are soft, and very comfortable. I feel because of the extra padding it also contributes to not only a better experience than the original, but an overall better listening experience because of the extra cushion which creates an enriched sound while listening to audio because of the extra padding that hugs the ear while listening to audio.Wicked can be a bit more than other ear pads, but for me the price is worth the extra money due to the quality of the pads.I have never had a problem with wear or tear of any product that I have purchased from this company. IMO I don't think anyone who purchases this product will be disappointed.

The stock pads are unforgivably awful, and these pads are more comfortable while not compromising on the noise cancelling. Additionally, they widen the stereo image to some extent which is a very welcome thing for closed back headphones!

Seems to be a quality product, kinda disappointed that the additional cushion is really only minimally more than the stock, I got this to get extra cushion/better cushion and the material feels about the same, not like the night and day difference between Sony and Bose, and the "additional cushion" it's not allot over the stock, this could have been a clear home run, I'll likely be looking for a better product though.

These have made my xm5s comfortable. They don’t look super thick but provide great padding. I haven’t noticed any decrease in sound or noise cancellation. Love these!!!!

These earpads are comfortable, and they even improved the seal on my WH-1000XM5 headphones, creating better ANC isolation and more immersive sound.
