Bought this to replace the original portable bidet, tushy brand. Had it for about three years and it became to hard to adjust spray pressure. Purchased this on for a couple of reasons. 1. I like the fact that it can be removed for cleaning it, and under it without having to remove the toilet seat. That was a pain in the, well you know what I mean. 2. I like the two selections for direction of spray, and the knob for pressure adjustment, it is so easy to adjust with arthritis hands. The install was easy and quick. Was able to use my existing lines to attach it to water supply.The only thing that could be a problem is the arm is considerably thin and flexible, don’t think it will become an issue, but wouldn’t want to put any weight on it at all in fear of breaking it.On a side note, after removing the original I took it apart to see if I could free up the water valve but it is a sealed plastic valve and couldn’t get it apart to clean or lube the valve, so it was properly disposed of.I would recommend this for rear cleanliness as it really hits the spot!

I've wondered about getting a bidet for a while now, but recently tried one at a friend's house I was staying at, so I wanted one. I wasn't sure which one to get, so after reading reviews and considering my limited budget, I decided to try this one.It was pretty easy to install, except I put the included washer in the wrong place and couldn't get it out, so had to get another at the hardware store. The washer should go into the top of the t-shaped adaptor where it enters the tank. It would have been helpful if the diagram in the instructions showed the washer placement.But that's my only complaint. I was concerned that my water pressure wouldn't be strong enough, but it works fine. I was also worried that the cold water would feel awful, but as you only run it for a few seconds, it's no problem at all.I have IBD so sometimes go through a lot of TP. And the brand I've been using for years just cut 24 sheets off their mega roll. So now I let water do most of the work, and just use a bit of TP for drying. Plus I'm saving trees. It is very easy to use, you choose whether you want a rear wash or one for us women. Plus there is a self cleaning feature that sprays water on the outside on the 2 little nozzles. I also really appreciate that it's easy to remove when you want to clean the bowl.
