Silicon bud size selection is critical for bass quality.
I was looking for an In Ear Monitor solution for live music performance and came across these. I read a lot of the reviews, while mostly positive and rating quite highly some people complained about the lack of bass. As I am a bass player, bass it quite important for me. I have a wide range of ear bud headphones from AirPod Pro 2, Sure and various other brands of lesser quality. What is odd with these is when I tried the default silicon ear bud, the sound was thin mostly mid range and high frequencies, which I thought was odd. I persisted and tried all three options, and one of them made all of the difference. I think it needs an airtight seal with the ear canal to reproduce the bass. The other silicon buds did not do that quite so well. I have not noticed it so much with other brands, but with these, possibly because of the driver size, it seems to be more critical. Comparing them with Sure earbuds, these are as good and about 1/5 the price. The wire that goes around the ear should help to keep them in place. I have not tried them in a live music rehearsal yet, that will depend on a whole other set of variables with the mix. In terms of isolation, they do not block the surrounding sounds out that effectively, it reduces background noise by 25 - 50% (that is a subjective view). They look robustly made, but if they fell to pieces after 6 months, at this price, I would buy another set.I bought these with a Behringer P2 personal monitor amp. It works very well with this product, and has plenty of headroom even using the amp directly from an instrument feed. From a mixer it would be even louder.

Small and cheap package with sound very similar to the Fidelio X2!
Firstly, sound quality is excellent. For less than £40, you get a package that directly rivals the Fidelio X2, minus some soundstaging. The frequency response is very similar to the X2 or Beyer TYGR 300 R, both of which are beloved as "fun" sounding headphones. You'll be very pleased with both bass and treble. One main downside is that somewhere in the high freqs you can hear a little bit of sibilance and it stings a tiny bit - this is quite a bit less than the sibilance heard in the X2/X2HR where it gets VERY sibilant on some songs which have a mid-high peak, but those who enjoy high tones from headphones like the Beyer DT770 will probably have no issue with these as the sibilance is only little.Comfort wise, these are awesome. The hook works well and doesn't feel intrusive at all, you forget it's even there. The shape of the phones fit nice in your ear and help with noise isolation. 3 different ear bud sizes as per usual, they fit fine. The build quality is really nice, the wire however is a twisted pleat style in plastic, and although it's very light and feels sturdy enough, it may be easier to damage than a non-pleated style.Overall, 5/5, I would happily pay £100 for these as they rival headphones I've previously used or am currently using for over £100, which are the best at the price range.P.S. if you're a casual headphones consumer and haven't delved much into the world of Audiophilia, these are much, much better than the Audio Technica ATH-M50X.

Surprisingly good for £10
I truly wasn't expecting much for £10 but they sound good, stay put and have a pretty decent cable.

Fit in my ears well, dampen sound nicely
I use these to play a backing track and click whilst I'm playing the drums in my band. They fit in my ears nicely, and the sound quality is acceptable. They dampen the sound enough that I don't need to wear ear plugs/over ear headphones when playing the drums, which has been very beneficial. The cable can be threaded under my shirt easily and hidden out of the way.The only downside is that the cable is short, so an extension cable will be needed for most uses.

The absolute truth.
They're not great but let's be honest at this price point you already know that. The biggest thing that let's them down is you can hear white noise when the music isn't playing so for that reason alone I couldn't keep them. That aside they don't sound horrible, a cheap way to evaluate if IEM's are for you. But if you really want some just save up for some proper ones.

Almost perfect
Nice and lightweight, bought with intended use as in ear monitors rather than headphones. The design is discrete with is fit for my purpose.Only complaint is the in ear fit is not perfect - they take some adjusting and by default sit outside the ear canal, prone to coming loose. For the money, happy with my purchase but if I needed professional grade kit I would spend more and look elsewhere
