No problem. It takes 3 AA batteries and I used the strip lights between December 15-31 constantly and I am still using the batteries to powere other devices. Great product!!!!

Can 2 strips be spliced together??

Yes just search for led strip connectors.

How does this work with weather??? I was thinking of putting on inside of truck bed..

If it does not say for outdoor use on package I would not use them outdoors.

Do they work outside? Was thinking of using them around my deck.

Strip looks well sealed I think they may tolerate being outside but power pack needs protection Suggest trying power pack in waterproof container but switch is in power pack
