The product seems to be very robust.
I have only just received the col compress packs so I have only used them once but they seem to work better than a pack of frozen peas. Look forward to using them again

Only half of the order has been delivered
I ordered two packs one to go in the freezer whilst I used the other one. I have just had a knee operation do reducing inflammation was very important to me. I received one pack in s few days but over two weeks later I have still not received the other so not very impressed at all
