I needed mats for my new hardwood floor steps to prevent my German Shepherd from falling . I am glad I took the chance on these mats. They look very nice and truly stay in place. It was worth the price to prevent any accidents. Would buy again. 👍

Work great for the stairs

I was skeptical because they are like a mouse pad but they actually stay in place without tape. I have 3 dogs going up and down the stairs and they stay in place. I already had to wash one and it still stays in place after washing and drying.

I really wanted stair treads so my older dog could get up and down our wood stairs. They looked really nice, fit perfect, were comfy, and stayed in place for the most part (minor movement but I would readjust and it wasn’t a deal breaker for us). The best part was my pup start coming downstairs a lot more often and obviously appreciated them too. Unfortunately, they will not work for us. We have three dogs and their hair stuck all over these and were way too hard to clean off. If we shook them, a lot was still there. Sweeping with a broom and hand vacuum didn’t do much. I even tried a Swiffer wet pad like someone else recommended on here and it was a flop. The only thing that worked was using our Lilly brush to scrape it off each then vacuuming the pile to the side with our hand vac. This is too time consuming to do daily and the hair visibly collected and treads looked super dirt after just a day. I’m sure machine washing works but I need a convenient way to clean them in-between washes during the week. Disappointed because these checked all the other boxes - especially price!

They were great for slipping but dog hair sticks to them. I tried 4 different methods to remove it with little success. Great for the wooden stairs though. I would keep if not for the hair issue. 5 stars because they did exactly what they are intended for.

Bought this so no one would slip on my wood stairs. They started to frill up.

Can't use vacuum as too much suction. Broom leaves behind lint. These are magnets for dirt and lint. Difficult to clean and do not stay put. We bought two sets to the tune of more than $100!

I bought these after my cat broke her jaw running up the wooden steps. I ordered and received them in a matter of days. They are easy to clean and stay in place. I highly recommend these stair treads for the price, ease of installion and durability.
