I have used this now for a month and absolutely love it! It has opened up a lot things to do on my bike. I can load enough clothing for a three day weekend or run to the grocery store for a 12-pack and a few more items. Before the Deadbeat I would take the truck to the grocery store or figure out a way to strap a backpack to the sissy bar for the weekend. This bag straps to the sissy bar and stays secure and can be adjusted to fit tightly. Example. Before the Deadbeat I made a 4 day trip to Canyon Lake and had to pull over 3 times to readjust and tighten my backpack. Not with this. Brothers and Sisters I am sold, so much so that I ordered the Freeloader for a trip to El Paso. Let me make a note here. I ride a Low Rider S. No saddle bags. Though this bag will work for the baggers Kuryakyn does make different bags that work as well. Bottom line. Very Happy!

If your just having a day out or going to the office in my case, this bag works exceptional. I have not found any flaws with this bag. However, as the bag is not water tights, I would suggest purchasing some waterproof bags if you plan to carry electronics. There is no guarantee that the rain guard provided will actually stop water from getting into the bag. This is just food for thought however.

Ordered for my 2006 Harley dyna. Out of the box u get all the attachments to mount to bike. As stated in other reviews the notches the straps go through need to be wider. Was able to get 2 straps thru but had to cut one notch with scissors to widen the gap to get the last one through. Please address this as it would of been impossible to put on bike and try to put straps through. Storage space is decent for the size of bag . You should be able to put 2-3 days of clothing in bag no issues . Front pocket is great. Stitching and materials used look top notch.

This bag worked perfect for our girls trip to mount rushmore. It fit everything I needed inside plus it has a cool zipper on the side and at the bottom and it also has bungees on the front so that you can shove a sweatshirt under the bungees or shirts that you buy along the way. The only thing I would say is when you're putting in clothing the velcro side snagged a couple of my sweatshirts that I brought so just be careful when you're putting your clothes in not to hit the velcro.

I am very pleased with my Kuryakyn 5223 Momentum Deadbeat Expandable Motorcycle duffle!! My Harley is my primary transportation. As a teacher I daily carry a laptop and all of the paperwork involved with my profession along with personal items. The duffle slips directly over the sissy-bar and remains firmly in place and can simply be removed/carried wherever I go. Because it does not hold its shape when empty, I purchased a 10in.dia. I have not had this long so I cannot state longevity but it seems like it will last a good while. I'm using this primarily for my trips to work and back. I use the bottom section on the Freeloader for shoes and sweaty gym clothes. If I were traveling, I would have rain gear stowed in here if it got wet. The main section holds my work clothes, shower stuff with space to spare. I use the outside straps to stow my towel, so I do not have damp items inside the main compartment and it can air dry. This will be a great duffel for over night trips as well.

Perfect sissy bar bag for my needs. Attaches securely and easily. Excellent design and holds plenty of gear/ clothing for a few days. Love it.

Straps are too long. Flimsy. Wont stay put if bag is empty. Total waste of money.

Love my bag. It stays full time on the back of the backrest ever since purchased and still in good shape. Not water proof but usually have any clothing and such in a water bag anyway when I pack stuff to go on rides just incase

KuryakynのHPでは160USD程度で、送料を考えても2万円程度が妥当に思えるが、円安で5割高の印象で、安価な類似製品も多数あるが、シーシーバーに取付が出来るという一点でこの製品を購入した。造りは厚手の生地で丈夫そう。構造はいわゆる寸胴型で、大きな袋に荷物を一緒くたに詰め込むイメージなので、底の方に入れた物を取り出すのは一苦労、もう少し仕切で分類出来たり、ポケットがついていた方が便利だと思う。あと、防犯性はゼロなので、シーシーバーに取り付けたままバイクを離れるのは不安なので、結局外して持ち運ぶことになる。見栄えはそれなりの満足できました。

Habia batallado mucho para sujetar mi mochila anterior con cintas, dude mucho con el tamaño pero ahora me doy cuenta que es perfecto, el sistema de correas de esta mochila es muy resistente y facil de colocar en el respaldo, la calidad de la mochila es genial, sin duda una gran compra.
