Coleman NXT RoadTrip Grill Cover

I have had this on 3 years and it’s s as almost ready to replace.

This grill cover does the job to cover my Coleman Road Trip Grill LXE but it is a bit bigger than it needs to be. I think most of us who are purchasing this grill for our patio or deck are doing so to save space. The cover is big enough to cover the grill with the little side tables fully extended, and then some. We store ours with the tables slid back in to save space so I do not really need to have a cover bigger than needed to cover the grill with them open.Even with the tables open, the cover is still probably bigger than it needs to be. From front to back it is just right but side to side is just too much. We leave the gas tank on the back of the grill and there is still way more than enough room.There are velcro strips on the side to pull it in, but to me they should be positioned in such a way that it can pull in the fabric in further when you have the tables down. As it is, like I said it covers my grill, but it's just way more fabric than is needed. If I had a sewing machine I would alter the thing to fit it and I bet I could cut off a couple feet of fabric on both sides.The cover is made from heavy duty water resistant fabric that seems like it should hold up...$26 seems a bit excessive for a fitted fabric tarp with some velcro strips sewn on, but it does the job. I am giving it 4 stars, would be 5 if it was not so oversized.Thanks for reading my review.Becky Brooks

Overall a good heavy duty cover, fits well and covers the grill completely. However the black cover fades very quickly. If that is a problem then I suggest using a UV protective spray such as 3M or other, which unfortunately I did not do. But a good product.

Best ever backyard grill. Bought my first one second hand from a friend. Used it for 20 years. Would still be using it except couldn't get replacement parts or help from Coleman. Dont call them- their customer service department is worthless. But the grills are spectacular. Easy to use, easy to clean, and easy to take camping. Light weight durable and convertible from those tiny green fuel bottles to standard propane. And they can cook a whole salmon or just 2 burgers. Love it!

This grill cover is way oversized for the product it is designed for. Not sure why that is but I was able to make it work. I have had it for three years now and the sun has faded it pretty well. But its still holding up which is all that matters.I think there has to be better fitting ones out there and would try a different product if possible.

We are not huge barbeque people so just use the road trip grill at home as well. We needed something to protect the grill from the elements and not have to pack up the grill after we use it. The cover is able to cover both the grill and the propane cylinder and overall feels very durable.

My cover is over 3 years old and it is still doing the job for which it was intended. I am ordering a new one only because my old guy is going to a friend who just bought a new Road Trip grill on my suggestion. Yes, the old cover is faded; it has been facing southwest with very little cover and is at the mercy (less than) of Columbia River winds. Complaints, as I see, seem to be of it's length. Fine by me; it fits over the propane tank (full size) also, so no rusty tank. The velcro ties do the job (see Columbia River wind comment). Propane tank suggestion; put "planter pot feet" supports under the tank. Really, no rust.

La calidad, como con todo lo que tiene marca Coleman, es inmejorable: la tela es gruesa e impermeable, y se ve que puede soportar bien la intemperie.Sin embargo, las medidas suministradas en la descripción es del paquete cerrado, no de la cubierta como tal, y las medidas compartidas en otros comentarios no toman en cuenta la forma de la cubierta: mi asador mide 130 cm de altura, y la cubierta no cubre los 40 cm finales de la misma. Tomen esto en consideración al comprarlo.

Discolored already after a year because of the sun. I had the exact same cover for 10 years, and it was looking better after 10 years than this one after 1 year. So I guess they changed something and it's not for the best.

Seems large but the Velcro straps hold it on tight in our Alberta Winds. Yay!!!

It does exactly what it should. The rains and wind come in sideways on my patio and my roadtrip grill is protected.
