I sweat a LOT in Florida, playing tennis in 85-95 degree weather. I purchased these drops when my pregnant daughter suggested them. She uses them. I'm not sure how effective they are for her. They didn't do anything for me that I can quantify. She has so many great suggestions that I don't question them. But every so often we have a disconnect on effectiveness of supplements, etc. Fully understandable as she's thirty years my junior. Anyway, if you're in your early forties, pregnant and in need of a supplement with these ingredients, hey, what the heck, there are some folks that find these worthwhile.
