No sure how it is helping...but feel better after using this

When amongst my friends getting older, the talk of how to take care of Heart health is always the concern . I have tried other Fish based supplements before, but they always left me with that unpleasant fishy aftertaste. A friend recommended Heart core made from a Super fruit Seabucthorn . I find the product is different—no fishy burps; so I read up and found its plant-based properties , the purity of ingredients, it has plant Omega 3 with DHA and Omega 7 with many minerals and nutrients for Heart health."

I’m always cautious about what I take because of my high blood sugar, but Berryheal Heartcore has been a pleasant surprise. I haven’t noticed any spikes in my glucose levels since I started using it, and my energy levels have improved. It’s nice to find a supplement that addresses both heart health and insulin sensitivity without any side effects

Satisfied but not impressed

I kept using another brand of omega-3 but I always had bloating and gas issues I decided to change the product I found this tablet ( although is quite costly ) and after 2 days of using I don't face any stomach issues). Hopefully, the reduced price and everybody will be able to buy and use it.
