Needed a bike with more Cush when riding over bumps. This one is great

Overall very good. It took 45 minutes to assemble,…but 60 minutes to go back and adjust front disc brakes to keep from rubbing.

The bike rides nicely, is very sturdy, and fun to ride. At 5'4 1/2 inches, I couldn't reach the ground with the seat all the way down because of the way the post is made, so I bought another seat and post that could be set lower. Now I can reach the ground comfortably, but lose the convenience of the tilt feature that makes it easy to remove the battery. The manual has decent directions for assembly, charging the battery, and adjusting the display, but is very light on operating (riding) instructions. For these reasons, I'd give the bike 4 1/2 stars, but my customer service experience bumps it up to 5. Three days after receiving the bike, I still hadn't gotten the front basket, so I emailed on a Sunday evening and got a reply early the next morning saying that the basket had been sent and should arrive soon-- which it did the next day. Subsequent emails regarding a throttle problem got same-day or next-day replies that solved the issue. Customer service was excellent.

I was thrilled when I purchased this bike. It looks awesome in black!What was more important for me - is the quality. And here Heybike definitely is on top of the game: all the parts of the bike are high-quality and very sturdy. The only thing that doesn't feel sturdy - is the charger for the battery: it is cheap looking, cheap feeling and cheap weighting. Nothing feels flimsy or like it will fall off any time soon. All the mechanisms work great! Best thing about it - it has a Shimano gear switcher, which is the best in the game, and I'm glad Heybike values their customers and put it there.But this brings me to the biggest flaw of the bike - it's weight. It just very, very heavy! I don't mind that at all, but I wasn't expecting it to be that heavy. Though, still, it brings me a piece of mind that the bike will last.

My friend opened the damaged boxes, and thank God the bike had not been damaged.It's a beautiful bike, and I csntcwair to ride it.He said, their were a few areas in the instructions that was a little hard to understand, but overall it took 2 hours by himself to assemble it.I really appreciate the company’s patience and quick response, with initially me wanting to return the damaged boxes. The gentle gets 5 stars from me.

everything was great, except seat is very uncomfortable.

So while everything has gone quite well I should say that these tires were not meant for the rough roads, we have thorns that just looooove to pop tires here in Montana! Otherwise this bike has been awesome!! I did need to change the tire size and strength tho.
