I swear by this stuff. I work out and when I do dumbbell squats, it has the potential to be very painful for my knees...even with good form. But this has saved me. I definitely recommend proper rest and recovery, but this product eases that in-between time. It is a good quality product for the price because it actually works. The smell is very strong so it's a good thing I work out at home lol. I like it, though. Above all, it actually relieves the pain and that's what I care about. Can't recommend enough.

Beats anything I have ever used for aches and pulled muscles. Believe me, I have tried them all .Amazon s pricing on a larger tube of Ben Gay beats the grocery store's pricing. I actually like the smell of it after a shower. It can feel hot and a bit uncomfortable at first . Worth it, for long time relief.
