Will this be ok for a willow tree

I used it to help prevent fungus on dahlia and begonia tubers over winter. I'm not sure how it would help a willow tree, or what problem you are trying to fix. In my experience willows are extremely trouble free and vigorous, coping with anything you do to them - even coppicing.

I have rust spots on some of the leaves of my willow tree would this help ?

my problem was powdery mildew but sulphur is used for rust spot. I would think this would do the job.
