Bought as a gift so I can't mark it for sturdiness and quality etc, but the concept is exactly what I wanted for a retro toy loving Grandad to build with my little boys. Arrived well packaged and on time.

Great fun and learning

Nice box, exciting pictures, ideal project for my grandson, I thought! Truthfully it is a hopeless mess of bits that did not always fit properly but when they were assembled they kept falling apart and the only project that worked out of the 5 was the car and then only for 3m before it went wild and then fell to bits. He is capable of much more technical projects but had to request the assistance of elders (two engineers and one geek) to support the young lad we stood back in amazement at the disappointing failure of each of the five projects. What a waste of time and effort. I am embarrassed that I should have purchased this as a gift and could see the utter disappointment of my grandson.

Bought this as a present the 8yr old boy was over the moon when he opened it.

Please include more rubber bands as they get brittle over time. We just broke 4 on one project and can no longer use the kit.

The instructions for this are near impossible to follow! The pictures are too small to see which pieces are needed and the written instructions are not very clear. I bought this for my 6 year old son thinking we could help him with it… Not a chance! will persevere, but this is likely going to be money wasted :(

My 8 year old boy love it and with a little help from granddad the car was running across the room.
