This docking station doesn’t remain connected whatsoever. Waste of money.
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this item assuming it would work as advertised… it doesn’t even stay connected for longer than a couple of minutes at best…I’m an electrical engineer, so it isn’t as though I don’t know or understand how to hook it up or use the docking station. Complete waste of money… will be looking into returning this device

It will not clone to a drive if it is larger than the source
Works well, but if the destination drive is larger than the source, it will not work. Seller was good to deal with and I returned it. No problem

It works with different size hard drives.
I installed three 4TB drives and one 16TB drive, and they all registered on my MacBoobPro.However, a purchaser should make sure that the hard drive capacities match the docking device capacities. An older 2 station docking device from this company did not recognize my 16TB hard drive.

Not so good, not terrible
The Bays are big, so the HD are loos, wiggle, with potential for data loss.Can NOT connect 3 at the same time (12 HD at once) (not enough power from MY USB ports).I still use it via Network Share, and it serves it purpose, just not the best.Oh, the holes are exposed to dust, would be better if they were backwards or covered by the flaps.
