Great for a quick easy intallation
These Bear Claw screws are a must have for home improvement and decorating. They are fantastic for a variety of hanging items around the home, from pictures, wall clocks, and so much more. No drilling, plastic anchors, or using a stud finder, a screwdriver is all you need. Please pay attention to the weight limits of the screws your using and the item your hanging, but they they have worked great for me and so much more convenient.

These worked perfect for hanging a wall clock on drywall.
I’m not sure if there was a better way to do this, but I tried everything I could think of to hang my wall clock. I had a pushpin, but it wasn’t very secure. I tried command strips, but the ones I had didn’t work or were too hard to get the clock to set. Then I saw these on Amazon and thought, ‘This might be it!’ I got them yesterday and they worked perfectly. If you’re looking for a way to hang a clock on drywall, I highly recommend them.

Will not work on wood.
Works on plastered walls but will not work on wood. Does not hold a lot of weight.

My only suggestion would be to make the screw head a little thinner.
