They sold me an inferior product and when it failed after less than 10 uses….they ignored me. They finally came back and said that I had to pay for the broken part. Fair Wind sells inferior products and will not back up the sale when they fail. DO NOT BUY FAIR WIND PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!

I use this cart for everything. I did not think I needed it but with 2 kids it’s been great. I take it everywhere with no problem . The wheels are great and move through anything , super easy to drive and maneuver. It has 2 levels of storage to bring all your stuff . You can push and pull . The handle worries me a little as far as quality but I’ve had it a couple of months with no problem.

I got this wagon for 2 reasons, 1 to carry camping equipment around in, and 2 to carry camera equipment for photoshoots. It works great for both of the use cases. The wagon is decently tall which at first I didnt like but since the bottom portion has a fold out door on it, I was able to put longer items down there and then it quickly became a perk. The wagon seems to roll well on many different surfaces. It hold a lot of items and folds up to be a packable size. My main complaint here and part of the reason I am only giving 4 stars for this is that there is not really any easy way to tote this thing around once folded. It would be nice if there was some sort of carrying handle or maybe if it could roll with the handle when folded. Maybe I am just being picky but with as much as this is getting used, especially for camping, it would be nice to have some sort of way to tote it around when not assembled.

Boy oh boy. I ordered this without really scrutinizing what the product was. I really wanted a general purpose kind of cart to haul firewood, or the occasional household bulk trash cleanup etc. This does the job and a lot more (so I am indeed happy with my mistake). I (mostly) love the design - particularly the quick foldup - easier to collapse and store than most umbrellas. It's a double decker and has a huge amount of "carting space" - and is very strong.Personally I'm not a fan of the double decker, in that the bottom part is not that accessible for quick easy carting ... this is more like a wagon to carry your stuff to a campsite (your family's stuff, friends and half your neighborhood's stuff). Anyway - the wheels and the handle mechanism are smooth and drama free - which really could have been a problem, and the entire wagon handled well on a rough-ish terrain without tipping over or being hard to steer.

Haven’t had this wagon for a year and it maybe used a handful of times and it broke. The wagon will not stay setup, so when you have it loaded up and try to pull it the wheels try to collapse in and gets very tippy. Great concept but poor quality…. Unless I got a melon.

We bought this to replace our original double decker. It is huge. However, we struggled to close it the first time we used it. I am going to call Amazon to see if I can return it. I am not trying to fight to close it every time we use it.
