The product was great, but the one I needed for going through the airport and plane ride sweated right off. And the one for immunity PROBABLY isn't too reliable, seeing as I caught COVID right after. Am I saying this product id complete trash? No. The ones for sleep were good!

I bought the essentials pack just to try them out. I really like the idea of using patches instead of carrying essential oils everywhere and these patches were comfortable and stayed on the full 8 hours. These products are always hard to say if they work, I regularly use essential oils and I still felt "balanced" while using these patches (I discontinued oils while using the patches).I do believe the Snooze patch works, I don't normally take melatonin but this patch gave me a very peaceful nights sleep!

I originally received this as part of a self-care subscription package. I really loved the ease of using them and found the one for calming me really effective. I love how this packet contain everything I might need during a trip from immune boost to energy boost to zen to sleep. I bring it with me on all my trip in case I need any of the above and it doesn’t take any space at all like pills since it’s a tiny flat package! Super convenient! Although if I leave it on for too long it can get my skin a little itchy maybe cuz it doesn’t allow the skin to breath like any bandaid or body tape?

Ready to use a patch for, for the life of me, couldn't figure out which patch is which. Very dumb system as only way to distinguish between the 4 kinds are the coloring of the letter. Hey, Friendly Patch, why not SAY "Boost" "Zen" etc. etc.??? Ridiculous trying to figure out the actual color of the 2 letters to match the package without studying the system. This CERTAINLY could be made easier to understand. I was so annoyed, I jammed the patches back into the bag and will deal with another time.DEFINTELY would not buy again. Even if they worked.
