First let me say this review is for the product itself....not the shipping because that was maybe a 2 star rating as it arrived 12 days from the date I ordered it. Amazon refunded my shipping cost and made it right.But the chair itself is LIFE! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️It was well worth the wait. It's firm, supportive in all the right places, leans back and rocks so smoothly and the vibrating massage feature is a nice added touch. I love the feel of the material, it has like a powder smooth feel to it. It has a deep seat which I love because I often sit on one of my feet under my other leg. The back support cushion I can feel where my kidneys are and it seems to envelope me.My husband assembled it with ease, he said the directions were very clear and anyone should be able to assemble with ease. He did say where the back and seat bolt together, may need 2 people to hold in place during assembly because he had a little bit of a hard time alone getting the bolts started by himself.

I am loving this chair. I can't believe it was as inexpensive as it was. It certainly has the look of a chair that could cost two to three times as much easily. It arrived quickly and without much incident (the box was a little smashed up from shipping but it didn't damage the chair). The box is a little heavy but I lugged it up the stairs to my office where I planned to match it with the Monarch Specialties Hollow Core White Desk that arrived at the same time. The chair was really easy to put together. It took maybe fifteen minutes. The chair has a nice weight and the rollers glide very smoothly across my wood floor. The chrome finished parts look very nice contrasted against the white faux-leather. The chair itself is very comfortable. It has the perfect amount of support and the contouring puts all the support in just the right places. It tilts back a little bit but, in my opinion, the perfect amount for comfort. I was truly surprised by how much I liked this chair. I thought I was cutting corners getting an inexpensive one, but it has become one of my favorite places to sit, whether I have work to do in the office or not.

I love this chair! I have owned it for about a week and it has completely changed the feel of my office. I chose it in the white color.Pros:1) It looks great! Between the polished chrome and bright white (bonded) leather, it looks very luxurious and much more expensive than what I paid for it.2) It actually has very good back and side support, so I can sit in all day with no problem.Cons:1) It does pick up dirt pretty easily, as you might expect with a white chair. So far, wiping it down with a clean cloth has taken away any smudges that it has picked up.2) Putting it together is a bit challenging. I had to use the side of a couch as a hard surface to push the chair seat against while I joined it with the chair back. It feels like the two pieces aren't meant to come together but they are. On the positive side, once they are together everything feels very "snug" and secure.Overall, I still decided to give this product five stars because the cons have not taken away from my satisfacation with it! I looked at a lot of options for white chairs, and nothing came close to this one. If you want something that will give your office that "luxury" feel, look no further.

So this chair feels great and looks awesome!! This is also the bad part cuz it is white and the leather is like supple and soft feeling and like seems to stain if you look at it wrong keeping it looking awesome is gonna a challenge I think. I would say people with kids or pets that like to get on your furniture etc this is not for you. I don't have any of those and I put something over it as a cover and still it has a stain on the seat now that I have bought some lather cleaner and conditioner and hoping that will fix it. Which by the way it is hard to even shop for that looking for one that says safe for white leather :/ .... Price was fantastic tho and it looks great everyone who sees it says wow and nice and for what I paid for it despite the drawbacks I am pleased .... same chair in black and brown was quite a bit more and I doubt would get the double takes this one does it is very good looking the pics don't do it justice ..... Also it came real quickly packaging seemed a little lacking and was damged so much I took pics just in case but everything was all right inside when I opened it which is surprising for the reasons noted above. also was pretty easy to put together myself all though it would have been super easy with one other person even a kid to put the base under the chair in the right spot when I lifted it. but I managed fine enough and had it together in like an hour but that is because I get side tracked and do other things n stuff at the same time I think I could have had it together in 15 mins otherwise.
