OtterBox Samsung XCover6 Pro Defender Series Case - BLACK (Non-Retail Packaging, ships in poly bag), rugged & durable, with port protection, includes holster clip kickstand

Have had these items on different phones before. This Otterbox adds protection to your device. This one installed differently than my last one, so follow the instructions and it is easy. I also use a screen protector and they work well together as the Otterbox design makes everything fit together smoothly. I like the port protection as the snow and ice is unforgiving in the winter. The grip on the Otterbox allows for a positive grip with gloves in the sub-zero cold. The kickstand feature is a sweet bonus for the truck or office. I do opt for a leather reinforced case on my belt for absolute protection. The belt case is a good one an it is designed for holding the phone with the screen inward or the back of the phone inward. It snaps in either way. Great design and above average protection.

The fit is first class, very good protection, it feels great in your hand.

Overall I'm happy. However, the depiction on AMZN and the OB site are deceptive. They imply a screen protector on the inner front ring. (There is no screen protector...you need to buy it separately.) The case itself is the rugged product you expect from Otterbox. At a price-point that is lower than their cases for higher-end phones. (Which also include integrated screen protection.) You may have to finesse installing the cover over the volume buttons. After my first install it was impossible to take a SS. I had to remove the outer cover and force the rubber nubs into the frame over the volume buttons. Good to go! Picky, but considering how much we depend on these little metal boxes...not so much.

What can I say... the OtterBox Defender series is a tank. Well built, holds the phone securely, button pass-through is flawless, and the grip of the silicone case simply can't be beat. If you bought a phone worth more than $300... don't hesitate to get an OtterBox case for it!

Always liked otterbox cases just wish this had a screen protector

Same as at least one other review, charging port door ripped off at about six months, one corner started to tear and caused the rubber to peel off the phone about the same time, and the rubber never fit snug from the beginning. Horribly overpriced and disposable.
