After learning from the seller that I just had to turn off CEC settings and everything works fine.

Constant Crashing
The box will crash randomly and is almost entirely useless as it can’t be used for more than 15 minutes without completely shutting off and needing to be unplugged and plugged back in to start up again.

Worst tech support, does not understand how to resolve anything
I have received a device which is not working, and remote does not work and device does not turn on, I tried repeatedly connecting with product support and have not been able to get any resolution.
