I love Molton Brown and usually would only purchase through their website. However I was given an Amazon voucher for Christmas, so decided to purchase some Ylang-Ylang shower gel. When it arrived it was in the usually Amazon box but was packaged inside a plastic bag with brown paper around it. Good job too as the gel had leaked out of the bottle and into the plastic bag. I do love this product but there is just no care when packaging things like this. I will only purchase through the main Molton Brown website in future. At least that way it is packaged securely.
