Very nice to store wool garments. Not plastic but a heavy cotton with a tightly knit mesh side panel to allow air but keep out moths.

These are the best garment bags that I’ve found after searching for several years. I have moths. What a nightmare! I’ve tried a bunch of different bags, totes and they’ve worked okay, but most of the bags I’ve found are plastic and so are the totes. I like that you can see the contents and I label them. But, I don’t want to store my clothes in plastic long term. These are heavy duty cotton. They zip from the side, which makes it easier to put clothes in without wrinkling them. If you are using them for tops or light jackets, they hold about five garments per bag. You can’t see what’s in them, so you’d have to label them or remember. But, that also means that your clothes are safe from sun damage if you have a window nearby. I’ve only had them for a short time, so I can’t speak to their effectiveness at keeping moths out. I always add a lavender sachet for extra protection. These seem to be really good quality and arrived with no defects.

Overall I'm pleased with the storage bags. As has apparently been noted by another reviewer, it would be helpful if the window were on the same side as the zipper. I'd prefer being able to see in before I unzip the bag. Otherwise, the materials used and the care to being eco-wise means a great deal to me. The bags are more lightweight than I'd expected, and that's a plus here. The materials seem clean and fresh (not plastic) and are a welcome addition to my closet.

I've been read the reviews on the internet on various garment storage bags. There are varying price points which don't always mean a quality product. After reading the reviews on Amazon, I decided on Hayden Hill cotton hanging garment hanging storage bags and order a short and long bag. The Amazon reviews on Hayden Hill are accurate in that this is a quality product. From the quality and strength of the fabric and zipper, to the the ease of viewing what's inside the bag with the organza panel, and the bags overall clothing protection feature. I feel the price is worth it for the protection of leather and other quality clothing.

I have been looking for a garment bag for my leather jackets and read the reviews about this product which sounded like what I needed. I am so happy with my purchase! The material and craftmanship are beautiful - soft, great closure and visibility to clothes inside. I was also impressed by the fact it was able to accommodate more than I thought it would. Totally recommend!!

We first purchased these garment bags in 2023, after a thorough cleaning (out) of our closets. As other reviewers wrote, clothes get dusty in closets especially if you don't wear some outfits on a regular basis. We ordered several short garment bags directly from Hayden Hill last year (as we had a coupon); we ordered a long one from Amazon. We use them for blazers, sports coats, skirts, etc. The long bag fits long formal dresses as well as long winter coats. It would be great if Hayden Hill made a size in-between (medium) as we like to hang our pants from pant hangers to eliminate wrinkles/creases. The short bag is too short in that the pants bunch up at the bottom (defeating the purpose of pant hangers), and the long bag is just too long for pants. I had sent an email to Hayden Hill with this suggestion last year, but never heard back. Will have to look at other manufacturers for other sizes.

It's amazing how dirty perfectly clean clothes can get hanging in a closet if they aren't in a garment bag! I've had to go on a massive laundry project twice/yr when seasons change. I was sceptical b/c the bags looked stiff across the top & I have shallow-depth closets. However, the fabric is the perfect degree of shape & softness w/beautiful tightly finished seams & so lint free there was basically nothing in my lint trap. NO odor upon opening package & after initial laundering (be sure to remove leather pull first) it held its shape w/minimal wrinkles which I didn't care about anyway since all bags - I ended up ordering 4 (2 long, 2 short) so far since the first 2 were so amazing - got stuffed. There was even room at the bottom since the slot was too tight for more than 5 of the flat velvet flocked hangers w/bulky clothes but I got 10 with thinner ones. I've finally covered my freshly clean down vests, jackets, & coats as well as my wool & suede. My designer dresses for consignment or inheritance are being given the proper covering they deserve. I am so impressed w/these bags that I'm ordering more as well as sweater ones for my cashmere & wool. I do wish that the cover on the top slot for hangers was more flexible or wider since there was more room in them & another review said the zipper was on the opposite side of the sheer window which is inconvenient but all you have to do is just pull up the zipper to see what's in the bag or hang a tag from the hangers. Just gorgeous quality & I keep telling people about them! Thank you for your attention to detail and your amazing product!
