I bought this over a month ago and it has worked out great. We use it all the time. Setup was easy. I followed the included instructions and watched a couple of videos - took around an hour. After filling it, it was ready to go the next day. I've had no problems with the pump or heater. It maintains 100 all the time, even with the weather now near 40 at night. I got some test strips, bromine, and a clarifier and it's easy to maintain. No need to winterize - as it gets colder, I'll drain it, pack it up, and store it until the spring. The bubbles are great and feel like a regular hot tub. Only thing missing is that you can't 'direct' a jet at a specific spot on your back like in a full-size hot tub. Otherwise, it's a great substitute for a much lower price. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I have had my 4 person intex spa running non stop since Oct 2023! I’m in houston Texas and love this spa! Rarely do I need to add air, the pump working like a top, however temp window recently went dark but I dropped in a pool thermometer and I’m good to go! I use this spa almost every night, it soothes my aging body, arthritis & neck/back soreness. Easy to set up when you take the time to do it right! I highly recommend! Love my intex 8’ pool too!

Received unit (2 days late by the way), upon early stages of installation I discovered the 3 fittings on the control unit did not align properly with the inflatable tub (one fitting was off by 1/2"). I initiated a return due to quality issue, and surprised a few days later we were charged a 60% restocking fee due to the item being in poor condition unable to be sold upon return. The item would not fit perfectly back in the original box when we returned the item (these inflatable tubs are impossible to get back in perfectly), but we did have the loose items boxed up in a separate box, and we paid for a custom shipping box to return the item in whole to the seller (note this option was clearly described in the return instructions). First of all, the item was not in sellable condition to begin with, and second of all, everything was returned perfectly, albeit in separate boxes, but we adhered to the return instructions perfectly. I do agree the item is not resalable (it shouldn't have ever been sold to me to begin with given the design quality issue), but being charged $300 to restock an item that should have never been stocked to begin with is ridiculous. If you have buy one of these and have any issue that deems a return necessary, expect to lose $300 on that transaction regardless...better yet, just avoid this seller and then you won't have to worry about it. This is the worst customer experience I have ever received on Amazon, it is very disappointing, but hopefully this review will help others to not have it repeated on them.

The first one had a couple leaks, stuff happens. The way the company, Intex handled it was really good. They didn't try to pawn it off on me, and they sent a replacement in a couple days at no charge to me. When you sit in it, it is firm and heats the water well. You have to pay attention that you don't connect anything up while you are inflating, you will burn the motor up if you do. They tell you that in setup, pay attention!

I ordered this as a cheaper alternative to a hard-shell hot tub, to see if this was something my wife and I would enjoy using. The hot tub was delivered on time and in good condition. I was able to set it up by myself in about an hour, as the directions were easy to follow. The hot tub works great and keeps heat with no problems. I have had to add air once but I think that was a user error and not an issue with the hot tub. The chemical guide in the owner's manual was a little difficult for me but I used the test strips and figured it out. The jet ring around the bottom of the tub is ok but, I didn't feel like it was equivalent to a hard-shell. The product description says that it can accommodate 4 people. I would say that it would comfortably hold 3 adults. If you are looking for something that will hold 4 people, I recommend the next size up. The hot tub was reasonably priced, easy to set up, and works very well. The filters need to be changed a little more often than I expected but, overall we are very pleased with this hot tub. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

What a great item! I set it up on 2 inch thick foam boards and cut them to contour the spa shape with a multi tool. This upgrade makes it keep 104 degrees in lower temperatures because the heat isn't sinking into the cold floor. I've had it for 2 months since my original spa broke and this is a sensible solution to an otherwise expensive problem. For the price and function it's 5 stars. Would recommend.

was ok for the money, however, after 1 season, half the bubbles quit working.. the bubbles are SO LOUD its annoying. it will not maintain heat when bubbles are blowing.. and the bubbles do nothing for massage

Absolutely great purchase. My husband and I bought this for ourselves for Christmas. We have been contemplating a larger hot tub, but thought this would be a good test to see if it’s something we really want to invest a lot of money into. We were able to put this on our deck. The instructions are OK, however, I would highly recommend watching a YouTube video. It makes it so much easier. We are truly enjoying this little spa.

The instructions were pretty good so setting up was done quickly. This was purchased for my wife and I and is the perfect size for two people. Four people would be very uncomfortable. We love coming home after work and relaxing in it. I was a little doubtful of the bubbles doing anything for me but I love it, it is very soothing and really helps our late 60 year old joints. It seems like an excellent decision to buy this hot tub and hopefully lasts a long time. The only thing I didn't like is that it is hard on my hydro bill. This is our first hot tub so I guess that's the cost of opulence.

I absolutely love this inflatable hot tub. It was easy to set up, heats well, and the bubble massage is very relaxing. It is surprisingly comfortable and a great way to unwind at home. I have not used it in the winter yet and it will be put away during the colder months. For winter 2026, I am hoping to properly winterize it so it can be used year round. Overall, this has been a fantastic purchase and I would buy it again without hesitation.

Though it's not as durable as the one I had a couple of years ago, the mesh around the outside should keep it protected. Heats up fast and filter works ok though the cartridge furthest from the motor doesn't seem to be sucking in any water. Still, water keeps crystal clean so not a problem.

Do not buy from this company!!! Product arrived today, sir was ok. Heater doesn’t work. Called for tech support, no help what so ever. 0 accountability for product support to customer satisfaction Do not buy front!

Works fine in its 2nd year although it has a hard time keeping up when the outdoor temps get near zero. it would benefit from another layer of insulating fabric around the outside/underneath. So far it hasn't had any problems with the temp cutting out as I have seen on other reviews.
