I read this book in one day. It was Brilliant. The Author has a fantastic imagination. I'm hoping in the next book that Ben proposes to Megan

I have read all of these books and loved them but think a little more time should be devoted to the end in some of them including this one find i am disappointed with the rushed ending after reading the books for hours otherwise great stories but Morgan, in life threatening situations in every single book is a bit corny.

Have read all Helen Phifer’s books and love them all, this book is no exception. Had me reading long into the night. Morgan is such a down to earth character and even when she is dealing with her own emotional pain she is still striving to catch the criminal responsible. Can Morgan and Ben get married? Can’t wait for next book, thank you Helen.

Kept you on edge of seat

I love these books as an easy read thriller. Not my favourite in that I can’t put it down but I do thoroughly enjoy them.

I just couldn't put it down I went with Morgan Brookes book 1 first and just finished book 9 all I can say is give them a go Helen Pinter is an amazing author I need book 10 but not sure what it's called but you think you have worked out the plan then there is another twist they are all brilliant

They need to find the killer before anyone else dies.DC Morgan Brookes seems to attract more killers than her colleagues and in ‘Hold Your Breath’ not only is someone out there killing but Morgan is being sent boxes containing grotesque masks. This is a well-written thriller that’s entertaining and easy to read. It has suspense, intrigue and twists and turns with the added bonus of being set in the beautiful Lake District and I’ve enjoyed reading it.
