I've just received the package and, to my surprise, there isn't just one, but 4 (!!!) decals, all underlined (to help me) and detailed handwritten tips. I'm speechless. I'm so happy. Thank you very much. It is a super nice decal, and I'm glad I'll be able to try it again. Oct. 311st update: I wrote the review below before I decided to request a refund. The store's customer service very kindly wrote back asking if I'd like to receive another one instead and try again. I did because I think the decal is very nice.I will write another update letting you know what happened. Oct. 26Review: This is the first time I’m writing a negative review. It is, really, just a warning for future customers that it is very difficult to apply this decal in a straight line. I watched the video multiple times and did everything step-by-step. While I was applying the first half - slowly as they mention - I noticed that it was completely crooked (even though I had drawn a line by pencil as recommended). Well, I removed a little to see if I could straighten it up, but unfortunately a couple of letters had already been transferred. And that’s it - no more decal. I’m not sure I’ll get another one. I’m just disappointed since I was super excited to be able to advertise my website on my car. The video is helpful, but I think it was easy to apply bc the suv/van has a back window that is not as curved as mine is. Maybe that was the problem. Good luck! Oct. 24

Exactly what I ordered. Lettering was very easy to apply. Instructions were included with a plastic application tool. I received 2 copies of the lettering, presumably in case I messed one up. My order was shipped within 24 hours via USPS.In case you're wondering... Mia is a 6 yr old squirrel that I rescued after a major hurricane here in FL. She was still nursing, and layed on the ground for 4 days, severely dehydrated and near death when a friend found her, and rushed her to me. She survived, and now lives happily outdoors. She still comes almost daily for snack. I recently cobbled together a "loft" for her, shady and dry. The sign was my granddaughter's idea. 🙂

Used these custom letters on gel coat and lettering has been exposed for months now to sun and seawater and the lettering looks as good as the day this product was applied. Should I want more of the same, I'll be returning to this resource without hesitation. Excellent adhesion.

While the graphics and step by step instructions are helpful, I still measured twice and cut once before applying. The decal overall seems to be a well made piece and has withstood colorado spring/summer rain showers and wiper blades so far. Its been in place about a week now. Application was a bit tricky but after I took my time and made sure to hold the adhesive backing tightly while removing helped greatly as did an old credit card for smoothing and some painters tape for holding it all in place. I'm surprised at this product and am happy with it so far. The only downside is I ordered a shiny metallic and received a gray flat but it still looks great with the font used. I'll buy again when it's time to expand. Using it on the car window.

My decal has been on the back window for 4 years and going. No signs of peeling through countless car washes.

I had an issue with my decal but they are sending a replacement. Great service.UPDATE!!!I had another issue and the customer service again has been one of the best I have seen. It is apparent that they take pride in their work and genuinely want to put out a superior product and for their customers to be happy with their purchase.

I've purchased custom vinyl before and had issues due to the lettering being so thin that it tore during application. These letters are strong and stick very well once applied. I don't like big stickers of any kind on my vehicles so having the option to make it exactly the size I wanted is the biggest bonus of customized vinyl to me. I'm thrilled with the way it came out! The shipping was very quick! Considering it was customized, I expected to wait a week or so but it came in a few days. Great company!
