Haworth Fern Office Chair – Ergonomic and Stylish Desk Chair with Breathable Mesh Finish - Without Lumbar Support (Coal)

I've tried more home office chairs than I care to count. Some purchased new, some second-hand. Could never find one that was comfortable and solid. I was initially put off by the high cost, but after trying so many cheaper chairs, I realized that you get what you pay for. This chair is incredibly well built, and has every adjustment you could want. Comfortable and sturdy. Oh, and it comes fully assembled and is made in the USA.

This chair is very customizable in terms of adjusting everything to meet your particular needs. I find it very comfortable. The lumber support is top notch. I can easily raise and lower the seat to fit well under my desk and my computer table. It rolls easily and just fits in well with my needs. The mesh seat is comfortable and non-sticky to any bare skin. I'm happy to recommend it highly.

Delivery issued a problem on how the packaging wasn't not properly holding up. They took the time to show me the box was in pieces and was giving the option to take it or send it back. Chair seems okay so accepted delivery, but the handling of the box was in pieces and label issues too. Really weird

Very expensive, but good quality and confort

I do not recommend. Comfortable enough, but certainly not for the price. There isn't a lot of room for adjustment. You can adjust the tension for the back and slide the seat cushion forward or backward a little. The arms fare a bit better on that front. Very little room for customization overall though. Just the basics. Unfortunately, the chair is is very noisy. If you lower tension to lean back, the underside of the seat makes a loud pop as you lean forward or backward. If you have any restless leg, plastic pieces on the bottom begin to make contact in someway that results in a constant clicking in time with your movement. It's incredibly frustrating to spend so much money on a chair that forces you to sit in one position very still, or be subject to constant creaks and pops from the cheap plastic underside. Chair comes assembled, and I've tried loosening or tightening things to reduce noise, but nothing works.

So far it has been a year and it is comfortable, hopefully the fabric wont come apart.

I liked this chair for the first few weeks. Im a programmer so i sit for anywhere from 8 to 16 hours with breaks of course. The seat has gone flat it and hasnt even been a whole year i think. The back rest is where all the money went. The arm rests are cheap plastic. Beware. I would rather use my 300 dollar chair that this replaced, RIP. Im 6'2 @ 220lbs

I am 6'3" and was worried this chair would be too small, but it fits perfectly. I went from an Ikea Marcus for the last 6 years to this chair, and its night and day. I don't end my work day with stiffness and aches anymore. The chair is quiet, has so many different configurations, and arrives completely assembled. On top of all that, this is American made.
