I love it. Right after I stand on it, I start to feel a bit relaxed and yea there is some pain when I step on it but once I'm on the mat it starts to feel good. When I step off it I feel like I just had a foot massage. It honestly feels great for me. Love it!!

Yes, it hurts. Like heck. But it's supposed to!! This is wonderful. I can only get so deep with handheld Accupressure tools. These don't move so body weight on them gets way deep down. Build your way up, it took about 2 weeks for me to make it down the mat once. My feet, legs, hips and posture are already improved

Bought at my kids request. It is a waste of time and money. Finally bought him an electric foot massager because he’s a college athlete and cleats kill your feet. Again, wast of my time and money. Went to goodwill
